DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order on a new door several months ago, no one ever called me at any point to update me of the status after 10 weeks i called for an update to be told they had forgot to order the door. They then ordered the door and said they would prioritise it and stay in touch. However at no point did i get a call i had to call to find out any information regarding delivery i was promised calls back that i never got.
Today i received a call to say the door was here and they were coming to fit it but they couldn't remember what handle i wanted so they would send me photos. They sent me a photo and it is the wrong door so after months of been totally messed about i still don't have a door. The response was we can order another but it wont be here till next year. Sorry not acceptable AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Well worth the wait, what a lovely family run business. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Paul and Lee fitted the doors and Windows, two great guys. Quality workmanship. Great company with first class service. We needed a new front door & we're looking for a composite one. The owner Mick came out to quote, left literature to look at & then created what we wanted. Invited back to the workshop to agree the siting of the glass panel, letter box & stainless steel bar handle. There was no pressure to purchase & we felt looked after from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new doors or windows. Thank you for an excellent product & service

All our windows and doors should have been replaced at the beginning of August 2020 I was informed just before installation day one window was damaged and would have to be re ordered and fitted at a later date we are still waiting for this to be replaced. On installation day it was discovered the bathroom window was the wrong size it was re made the same day but is still waiting for the glass to be fitted.
We also received the wrong colour door panel for the back door and are still waiting for this to be replaced. We also discovered our back bedroom window leaks when it rains and a panel in our front bedroom window seal is not working efficiently it now mists over in cold weather. This was reported several weeks ago with no response.
