Coral Windows Ltd

Absolutely stunned to be told that, after nearly five months, Coral did not deem the building of our rather small conservatory a viable project due to access problems. I discussed this issue with Dave the salesman in June and the surveyor both who said it would be difficult but not an insurmountable problem. I was prepared to wait to have the work done and even had a courtesy call from Coral last week to say a date for the work to commence is being arranged and that it would be 'worth the wait'. Totally and utterly dissatisfied.

Coral is a five star company. 5 years ago we had them fit our windows they were professional at all times and we are very satisfied with their workmanship. When our old conservatory roof started leaking we contacted them again. Scott who we dealt with last time came out to discuss our options. Scott was very aware of our shielding status and social distancing was maintained at all times.

During the consultation we changed our minds three times Scott didn't rush us and remained professional I would recommend this company for their efficiency and professional approach whilst being friendly.

We originally went with coral after having 3 quotes as their reviews stood out from the other 2 and not a penny upfront From start to finish Coral were first class. From the designs we wanted to the finish modern conservatory couldn't fault them All the builders were efficient and on time, The build was finished in the time scale they said. Well done Coral would recommend 100% and will use again if we decide on anything else

During the first lockdown of 2020 we looked at the back of our house while spending many a hour sat in the garden and thought the house is missing something. A fabulous glass extension was missing, we contacted Coral as our first port of call, we were so impressed by Kelly and team with there quick and efficient process of surveying and generating our quote, we didn't try anywhere else, Coral had our trust.

Fast forward a few weeks, The build starts, we decided to take out a full section of wall roughly 4 meters wide, while this seams to be where Coral are growing their business the most - making peoples homes more open plan with spacious rooms as appose to just replacing windows or adding a conservatory, they had every step planned out with the right team of of people assigned to each step, all of whom were informative, polite, hardworking with a sprinkling of banter thrown in.

As you can imagine with the level of work these types of build never go without hiccup, or issue, but when anything arose Coral and the team absolutely owned the issue and dealt with it swiftly, informed us each step of the way and 100% resolved it. If you are planning any home improvements in 2021 and beyond we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kelly and Team Coral.

We visited the Coral Windows showroom in Wakefield to make a decision on what colour doors and windows to go for should we decide to go with Coral. I later spoke at length with Kelley Valente at the Wakefield showroom who I found to be very helpful and efficient and was very happy to give me quotes for various options. I was given time to decide with no hard sell just excellent customer service.

We decided to place an order which was also with Kelley who provided us with a fair price and other upgrades. Just waiting on the next stage now which I hope goes just as smoothly.

Excellent service so far. We visited the showroom (which was a bit difficult to locate from sat nav as it was off the road behind other buildings). There was a good range of samples of doors, etc to look at and the sales person (Vasco) answered all our queries without being in any way pushy. We arranged for him to come out for the initial measurements and he turned up on time and again gave us information without any pressure to purchase. Then, a surveyor came out to finalise the details. He was very helpful and gave advice on some further queries we had. Really happy with everything to date and looking forward to getting our new front door fitted.

We contacted Coral from recommendation from our neighbour. We have received an excellent service so far from the company and our new windows and re-leading work to our upper bay are due to be carried out on 18th November. The initial design visit from Scott Dyson was brilliant! Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy and an extremely pleasant person to deal with, likewise the very nice structural surveyor who came round the following day. We have no doubt that we will be delighted with our windows when they are installed and would have no hesitation recommending or using Coral Windows in the future.

Just had the side door and window replaced by Coral Windows Wakefield for my mum - really pleased as initially I was just shopping around for prices in view to have the work done next Spring, but opted to take advantage of the Buy Now Pay Later. We wanted to use a local company, and were very impressed with the companies accreditation's, security of the door and the 15year guarantee and absolutely loved the contemporary design - so Coral ticked all the boxes and we placed our order - turn around less than 3weeks. Salesman knowledgeable, fitters efficient & tidy (no mess), all staff professional that I spoke to over the phone - won't hesitate to recommend Coral to friends & family!

We had our windows and doors changed, and chose Georgian in chartwell green. They are amazing they are fantastic quality and look beautiful. The colour is lovely with a great finish. The fitters were great, they offered advice on care and didn't rush. They regularly asked if we were happy, and did a totally professional job. We ordered our new windows and doors through the Wakefield showroom. All the staff were extremely helpful especially Simon and Kelly and when it came to having the new windows and doors installed the fitters were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely professional and polite, very tidy, on time both days of the installation. I would highly recommend them to anybody thinking of having new windows and doors fitted to their home.

We wanted all our windows and patio doors replacing which meant looking at many window companies before deciding to go with Coral - very, very pleased with our decision. They supply the new heritage flush range which looks brilliant when fitted. Lovely sales guy, not pushy at all; guys fitting windows made a great job. Cannot recommend this company enough.
