Just had our bedroom window replaced by Sunrise Windows. The whole process was stress free, customer service was excellent and we're delighted with the new window. The installer arrived exactly when expected, was very professional and got the job done with the minimum amount of fuss and mess. I would definitely use Sunrise Windows again and would recommend them to anyone who needs to replace their windows.

We had all our windows replaced and the facias and guttering renewed along with a new front door and rear patio doors. Excellent firm from start to finish. The house needed scaffolding to complete the works and this was done quickly and efficiently before the job started. The fitters arrived on the arranged start date. There were two fitters, Mike and Wayne who worked hard to get the job done. Good tidy workers. Job completed to the time stated. Any little snags were quickly rectified. Excellent quality windows. I'd like to thank Ross and his Staff at Sunrise Windows, after some severe weather conditions recently I spoke to Ross regarding a leak that my bay window had developed after moving in to the house 4 months ago. Ross promptly came out to my property and reviewed the problem, Ross explained what the issue was and the steps involved to resolve it. This put my mind at easy and arranged a suitable time to come back and repair the window seal.

The whole process was painless and I will be using Ross and his team's services again in the future to replace all the windows when the weather improves. UPDATED - June 2020 Following on from my previous service from Ross in 2016, I was so impressed with the friendly staff and professionalism I had Ross come out and quote to replace all the doors and windows.

While Ross was here he pointed out that the frames and windows weren't that old and didn't need replacing. Only the bay windows needed to be replaced. This was very refreshing to hear as I was expecting to replace them all. The fitters arrived and were clean and polite and very efficient. I'd happily recommend Ross and Sunrise Windows to anyone looking for a professional service.

Really pleased with the quality of the sash UPVC windows and was anxious about how they would appear externally but have lots of positive feedback from the neighbours and they look excellent. The fitters were really tidy and tried to ensure the internal fit was as we wanted. I would recommend this company.

We have called them twice for a quote and twice been told someone will call us. It has now been over 2 weeks since my first call and I have still heard nothing. I can understand they might be busy but they could at the very least tell me so I'm not waiting around for a response.

We used Sunrise Windows to replace some old wooden windows at the back of our office. The process was managed well throughout. Ross and his team were extremely responsive. They were quickly round to produce the quote and the windows arrived within a week. I couldn't believe how clean and tidy the workmen left our premises and they were incredibly polite and considerate in working around us.

I would highly recommend Ross and his team. Double glazing salesmen generally have a bad reputation but there is no danger of this with Ross and his team, what a breath of fresh air!

Friendly, great value and trustworthy. They have done several small jobs for us, individual windows and doors plus repairs to existing windows. They always do a great job at a good price and on time.
