Dont use this RIP off company oh and if you are looking for a deal be mind full this company charges 3 times the cost of glass so every glass unit you need you are paying for it x3 that's why the lads arent bothered when they break a unit because the company will still make twice its original cost! Also they employ criminals who are in and out of jail for a load of stuff who also haven't had a DBS CHECK so be careful who you are letting in your house or leaving them while you go off to work Just because I haven't wasted my money with you doesn't take away the truth being on your legal team and I'll contact hull live and present them with true facts that way every one in hull Yorkshire area will know not to use this company

Very poor service. Fitted wrong sized window (too small) and I had to lose my temper with them several times to get them back and put it right. Also very untidy. Would not use again. Edit:- Response to comment, The work was only put right after after I was bulls**ted to several times on the phone, eventually had to point out my professional qualifications to show i knew what i was talking about. Suddenly i was right all the long!

Top quality customer service from when I first walked into showroom right throughout installation, and after. Always returned calls quickly and answered any questions. Every member of the Colfax team was a pleasure to deal with and they where always open and honest about prices, and offered some really good advice about our project. Thanks again. James
