Just had a number of doors and windows replaced by Square Deals and would highly recommend. From the original quotation they were informative and polite, with no hard-selling. They came back to me with a decent price (not the cheapest quote I had but you get what you pay for imo). Come installation the team were polite, kept me informed and when a couple of issues came up with a missing lintel they were quick to get a plan in place for the brickwork and lintel replacement.

At handback I've been given all my guarantee paperwork and was talked through all the features and given advice on how to look after everything. Overall a very positive experience and would use them again.

We had all of our windows replaced, and our front and back doors - it has transformed the house and we are so pleased! Square Deals were very accommodating of our requests, and happy to advise on things we weren't sure about such as opting for sash windows to stay in keeping with the traditional look of the house (definitely the right choice!). Superb product at a great price! A really first class experience from the moment I walked through the door at Square Deals in York. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who understand the meaning of 'customer service'. The boss personally made a site visit to measure up; the windows and bifold doors arrived on time; were expertly fitted; their operation properly demonstrated and final adjustments/snagging etc attended to promptly.

It's not your usual pushy double glaze salesman approach. We've had trouble trying to get rid of other salesmen but Square deals just came in, measured up, left and dropped in the quote later. Prices are fair. Staff/Workmen are friendly as you would expect and are up for a bit of banter. Workmanship is good and so is after sales service. Really enjoying the new windows and doors and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of replacing theirs.
