Replacing the roof on your conservatory will give you a room that's warm enough to use all year round. Just like any other room in your home, your new room will be warm and cosy on cold days and will also be much cooler than an outdated conservatory on a warm summer's day.
90% of garage conversions do not need planning consent as you are not changing the footprint of the building. A very small number of houses, usually new developments with little or no parking have to keep the garage area as a parking space. In these circumstances planning consent would be required and an alternative space would have to be created.
All frame work will be fully reinforced to the manufacturers specification; they will be fully welded with internal glazing bead for maximum security. The sealing gaskets in the windows are post extruded which are formed on the profile at the time of extruding; this prevents the seals shrinking with age ensuring your windows are always draught free.

Really pleased with the service we received from the Team at R&R. They arrived on time for the quote appointment and also on the day of installation. Confirmation of fitting day and time was sent well in advance. When we placed the order we were advised that there was a 4 week delivery time and they contacted us to keep us updated on the progress.
The sales team listened to what we requested and quoted accordingly. The lads that fitted the door did a great job, they managed not to damage the internal wall plaster or skirting board. The external trim finish against the brick work was very professionally finished and they cleared and tidied up after themselves.

We had a front door fitted through these guys last year and have had nothing but trouble. They left a mess when fitted and then lied about it, and even claimed I was lying. The door has slipped and has had to be readjusted and new draft strips applied. The letterbox is already falling off, which I've contacted them about and all they wanted was a picture.
No apology, or offer to fix it. And now the door has slipped again and needs adjusting. The owner is quite happy to come and turn on the charm when selling you products but soon as problems appear he palms you off to his staff and is not interested in responding to emails. I'd highly recommend using a different company.

Awesome customer service, they put some dry verges on the side of the house a few years ago, three blew off in the strong winds recently, so I got them back out, Tim who came out said that he wasn't completely happy with how they'd been installed, so came out and removed and checked all of them and re-installed them for free, you can always tell how good a business is when something goes wrong, and these guys were brilliant
