The most helpful people working here. Great service, patient, understanding and kind. Not just this but they supply top quality products using Rehau profile, highly recommend. Easy and convenient ordering and collection/delivery. They were recommended to me by a friend and he was right to do so. Very professional people.

Rude customer service advisors! Had a front door fitted back in June and has taken three different attempts to rectify the problem and now myself & my partner have been told over the phone "we know who you are, you're known in the office & not for the best reasons" is just the icing on the cake for us! Be wary when using them!

Unprofessional. tried calling on Monday and there's a recorded message, asking you to hang on. after a while it becomes obvious that they are closed for Bank Holiday and haven't updated the phone message. Next day we received a missed call, so we rang back. "hello", a woman answers - no introduction or "Elite Windows" etc. I explained that I had a. missed call, not twigging who it was. Again, not introducing herself she asked for my name.

I told them and said who is this, we had a missed call. Again she ignored me and asked for first line of address. I got annoyed but then looked at number and recognised it. When I said, "oh it's Elite etc - I just wanted to discuss a Conservatory with you" she again just asked for first line of my address. I gave up. it was like I speaking to somebody on their first ever shift, who had no real training on how to speak on a phone.

The lack of professionalism and reluctance to listen to or answer a basic question, immediately put me off trusting them with an order and thousands of pounds of my money. Avoid. use a professional company.

The door was the wrong colour that we ordered. We have had the remedial engineer out twice to fix the door and we are still not happy. Then got an email wanting payment even though the door is still not right. When you have been recommended a company you expect good service and for the money you are paying too

We purchased our windows almost 10 years ago. Great prices and nice finish. Over the years we had several small issues such as adjustment of door hinges and each time they have sent out their technician and fixed the problem. Well we recently found one of the bedroom windows was not closing properly and we had a draft. No problem for Elite they sent their technical guy Lee who quickly replaced the hinge mechanisms. First rate guarantee even after 9 and a half years. Thanks Elite

We had our new back door fitted this morning and we are absolutely delighted! The service from the initial enquiry to the fitting today had been first class, a friendly, tidy and professional job! I would highly recommend - Thank you Elite - Mr and Mrs Walsh.

They have replaced all my windows, and my conservatory. I recently also had a set of bi-fold doors installed leading into the conservatory. The whole space there now is really light and bright - absoluteley LOVE the doors. The lads were great, they worked hard and cleared up after themselves. You wouldn't know they had only just been fitted. Superb service and would recommend them to anyone - I would certainly have no hesitation in using them in the future. Thank you Elite xx

Writing on behalf of my parents- I would not recommend ELITE after having to pay to fix my new conservatory roof they fitted which leaked twice. ELITE did not honour their 10 year guarantee even though the work took place a few months prior. Before my roof leaked I had recommended two people to ELITE who have also has issues with not honouring their guarantee within just months after the work taking place.

They could keep to appointments made and not try to change them twice in 1.5 hrs. If they can't organize an appointment doesn't baud well for organizing real work!

Absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Salesman turned up the same day as my call to assess the job and gave a competitive price on the spot. Surveyor came a few days later. Installation was brilliant, I didn't have any cleaning up to do at all. The only negative thing I can say is that they are a bit over zealous in chasing me for payments which had already been made.

We had 4 large bay windows replaced. The original wooden windows had leaded lights. These were cleaned up and repaired and inserted into the double glazed panels. The refurbishment of the original leaded glass was done to a very high standard with new lead and the insertion is perfectly in the middle of the double glazed unit, effectively giving triple glazing.

Very professional job. Also inserted a lintel where necessary, I know that on other houses in the street other companies have not done this. I have every confidence in this company

Elite have just fitted windows throughout the house. From start to finish all the staff have been friendly and helpful. Work was carried out to a high standard. Will definitely contact them when we replace the doors.

Elite Windows have just fitted new UPVC windows (and I kitchen door) to my bungalow. Excellent in every way, no hard sell and no tricks with phony discounts, just straight in with a reasonable price. Two guys did the fitting and did so in an efficient and professional way. I can't fault them - sales, price, quality of windows/door, fitting etc. Rare that I recommend tradesmen but I am happy to recommend Elite Windows, top company.

Elite Windows has done a lot of work for us over the years, recently, to replace some windows. Always found them to provide an excellent product, well fitted by first class workman at an excellent price. We always ask Elite first and have never been disappointed.
