Arranged an appointment for a quote. I was given a time slot of 10am-12am. So I waited in and nothing. No phone call, no email nothing. When I contacted them I was asked via email if they had my address etc. What a company. Make an appointment then check after the event if they had my details. Will not be using this company for my double glazing. Complete joke.

I was let down by the bathroom company supplying the mirror so called these guys and within 24 hours I have my mirror! What fantastic customer service. Right from the beginning when I spoke with Gary to collecting the mirror. Superb. I wish you guys the best!

What a pleasure it was to do business with this company. Only wanted glass to fit an internal door but they were efficient and even delivered it to my mothers house at no extra cost. Staff were outstanding, friendly and gave advice without asking.

The most upsetting encounter with Mr J d Osborne. Terrible customer service. Talks over you. He do not listen. He quotes rules and regulations even when it is not necessary. He is right, you ( the customer) are wrong. And when he cannot have his way he just hang up on you. Incredibly rude! I would not use this place ever again even if it was the last shop standing in the whole of Crawley!
