Disgraceful service to end users. The company's service is developer-focused and this is where their service ends. My property was built by a developer with external doors and windows installed by Salisbury Glass. Upon installation, the balcony door was mislabelled as tilted although it doesn't tilt and no O&M manual was provided to the final user.

Within four years of installation, a hinge carrying the door snapped and the resulting damage to the door frame was assessed by Salisbury Glass as abuse of the door by the user (!). Salisbury Glass take no responsibility for having installed a hinge that's now discontinued (third-party engineer has since assessed it as unsuitable for carrying heavy doors such mine), neither for mislabelling the door or for not providing O&M instructions to final users in the first place.

The poor quality of their product and service is evidenced by their visits to other apartments in my block, which Salisbury Glass say is normal practice and they charge for it (at further profit to them) as the warranty they provide is only 2-years long. Very disappointed by this short-sighted developer-centred approach that completely disregards final users.

Rang this company and arranged a visit for a new extension/conservatory, appointment was easy to make and Joshua arrived on time on the Wednesday and was friendly and professional. Stated that we'd have the quote by Friday, if not then definitely on Monday. Friday, Monday and that whole week can and went, no quote. emailed on the Thursday, no response.

On the following Monday I called and spoke to Joshua who apologised and assured me that the quote would be with me that afternoon as he'd been off ill. This was now over two weeks ago, nothing. not impressed at all and it demonstrates to me that the company don't care about their customers and I wouldn't recommend them as I'd fear that the quality of their work would show the same lack of care. Disappointing to say the least, not a way I'd run a business!

A fantastic service from start to finish and would highly recommend using Salisbury Glass for all your Glazing needs.

My order was over a month later than promised. When chasing the order the salesman never answered a single call. I didn't get any reply to my voice messages left with reception or to e-mails. When physically going into the office the managers kept giving me different reasons for the delay. When it did arrive it wasn't as ordered, which they did offer to correct but it was too late by then.

Cannot fault this company - my elderly father needed windows replaced in his cottage - the two guys arrived early on the allotted day at 7.30am and worked tirelessly until they finished at 2pm - they replaced five windows and left the rooms clean and tidy - a little dust here and there but only to be expected, otherwise you wouldn't have known they had been in. Very pleased with their work, and the respectful manner in which they interacted with my father. Thank you Simon and Gavin.

The worse company to deal with if things go wrong! Over 18 months ago I had a window lock jam, two guys replaced the handle with an incorrect one, since then I have chased them to get it replaced, it does not match my other window handles, today I have been told the handle is not available anymore, so I have an odd handle, they refused to change the other handles to match!

Surely they were available 18 months ago, they are only 2 years old! Also I had trick vents added to my windowswhen I purchased them 2 years ago, I am now told if they fall off, I have to pay 60 call out charge. They are great at taking the money but very poor on customer service. Like a lot of window companies they can talk the talk, but cannot walk the walk. Buyer beware!

Very bad service and customer service, had an appointment at 8AM and they come at 11AM for a window glass to be changed, an engineer come to my flat saying that the glass will be changed in an hour than he left and never come back, had to call the office and they says that due to wind "wind was very poor" they can't do the job, which nobody says to me and i was waiting hours and hours at home. Very disappointed

We have recently had all our windows replaced. Throughout the process, which became quite lengthy with the lock down etc, we have received professional and a quality service. In particular the two men, Jess and Jake who fitted our windows were polite and friendly whilst still professional. We would recommend this company and are very happy with the end result. Salisbury Glass were reliable, efficient, friendly and very reasonable! The whole process from ordering the windows to installation was second to none.
