Critical: Professionalism Windows are fine, bit chunky and not the quickest install but two external vent covers were missing, have spent months chasing these only to have them finally posted, in the wrong colour and to add insult to injury we had to pay excess postage as they didn't use enough stamps. Amazing service from start to finish, Made a call for a new door to be fitted, next day rob came out to measurer up, good job he measured as i got my measurement's wrong. Next we had a call to book in our fitting, and bang on time all delivered and installed by two helpful and polite workers. Thanks again Service: General door installation

Avoid this company at all costs. If you have any claims you will find that you have no guarantees for redress. I have had endless conversations, emails and expenditures with the director of Speedy Windows/ H & R Windows. Plenty of endless promises but failure to deliver. Document and photograph everything, insist on everything being in writing and double check your paperwork

I purchased 13 windows from this company but when things were found to be faulted, guarantees were not forthcoming. The company who provided the windows to H&R stated H&R do owe us a considerable amount of money and we therefore do not honour their guarantees because of this. Check that your windows have been registered mine were not. Do not trust this company

Still trading under a H&r on web but are no longer guaranteed under the The Plastic window Federation as they have ceased trading! Same person just decided to change company name, apparently they can do that at anytime so be aware!. Poor quality windows! They give you a quarantee which is worthless if things go wrong!. Would definitely AVOID!
