Acorn have recently completed another project for us, this time a garage conversation. I'm absolutely delighted with the results. James, Mick and the team gave the usual high levels of customer care and the standard of workmanship is second to none.

We had two windows replaced by Acorn Windows yesterday. Excellent service from the two fitters who came to the property and our new windows look fantastic. No complaints and we will definitely be using Acorn windows again.

Acorn have just competed their 3rd job for us (first was 14 years ago!) and yet again, they were brilliant. Great price, excellent communications from the office team and fabulous fitters. Highly delighted (again) and we recommend them without hesitation.

Acorn Windows Nottingham has made a superb job of our Orangery. From planning, building, fitting of the lantern roof, windows and bifold doors, all the work has been done to a very superb standard. Finishing the exterior with render blends the new extension perfectly with our period property. Couldn't be more pleased. We have since asked Acorn to replace our old porch door and fit a new front door and side window for another family member. Would highly recommend.

After having our new bespoke door booked in since the middle of October, and paying a deposit, we had the installation cancelled twice, just the afternoon before it was due to take place at 8.30am the next morning. Being a several times returning satisfied customer, we have now cancelled our order due to their unwillingness to offer any discount or compensation for the inconvenience this has caused us.

Originally they even told us that we were still obliged to pay for the door, due to it being made to measure, but after involving the Managing Director, he 'decided' they'd use it in their showroom, sooner than offer a reduction! All in all, 6 months wait and still NO DOOR! Very disappointed that Acorn are no longer the customer satisfaction orientated business they were. :

Just had a return visit from Acorn to quote for windows (which has been a reminder to myself to leave a review, which I failed to do at the time), following the excellent service provided by them 2 years ago when I had a new composite door. The professionalism and service were brilliant and the after care far more personal than I would guess a larger company would give. Many thanks.

After being given a very competitive price for my new composite front door, I was given a delivery date and an installation date. The door and installation was exactly as agreed. We needed to replace our front door during the lockdown period and after making several enquiries Acorn Windows stood out as being head and shoulders above other companies. They were super friendly, accommodating and able to react quickly to our needs. When their fitters turned up, (on time) it was clear they had taken all the precautionary measures to operate during the pandemic.

The door was fitted without any issues and no mess was left. The quality of the door matches the level service we received from all involved. I can say without any doubt I'll be using/recommending Acorn Windows in the future. Many Thanks

Excellent service throughout including installation and a great product. I have just had a new composite door fitted from Acorn and I cannot speak highly of them. James was very professional leaving me and my wife with advice and a brochure to consider and choose the design. We ordered the new door with side panels and the glass to match the rest of the house. Acorn keep in contact to advise when the door was in stock and booked an installation date. On the day as promised the installation went ahead and was very thorough - all cleaned after and excellent experience.
