Malvern Glass installed french doors and kitchen window this week. Paul and Sean did an amazing job. They arrived on time and were finished super quick. They covered everything and took care in all areas. They cleaned the frames and windows before they left and everywhere looked immaculate. The quality of the windows is excellent. I am overjoyed with the whole job. Start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

Despite three phone calls to chase them, I was unable to get a quote from this company following their visit to assess the work needed.

I don't know what's happened to Malvern Glass. We had someone out in June who said they would give us a quote and despite 4-5 phone calls and chasing over the last few months and promises of a response we have heard nothing. Very discouteous and rude!

Waste of time! Couldn't even get the quote after repeatedly calling them for a month after they had been out and measured up for a new front door. The numerous promised call backs never happened, and the promised quote by email never did arrive. Blamed being too busy to do the quote each time I called. Their loss as we've now given the business to another company.

Ordered replacement windows in April, promised would be fitted by August, now just heard it wont be until September. No prior warning of this change, no communication off them, never return phone calls. We are having these windows done to sell the house, therefore our timescale has been forced to change. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend

There was no pushy sales team, on the survey and fitting the team were fantastic, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. They followed all of the COVID rules and made me feel safe. Would definitely recommend them to anyone, nice to use a local company as well!

I chose Malvern Glass because they are a local firm and have had the odd pain of glass replaced and they have always done a good job, I needed all my windows and doors replaced. I had no hesitation in using them again, they did a wonderful job from the planning stage to install, the fitter Craig was superb, top quality craftsmanship and nothing was too much trouble, he worked clean, dustsheets were used all the time and any mess that was made it was cleaned up before he went home every day. The windows and doors look superb and top quality, if you are looking to replace your doors or windows then choose Malvern Glass you will not regret it.

Malvern Glass did a good job coming up with a solution that worked well - replacing an old, plastic conservatory roof for an unusual space between two buildings. It needed new wood and rendered end panels and a specially built guttering. The installation team was very good - coping with some very bad weather initially and paying attention to small details.

At the quotation stage Malvern glass were not the cheapest but the sales service and the apparent superior product sold them to us. We placed an order for 6 windows and a front door. The duo of Mark and Wayne did a proficient, and tidy fitting of the units. They both went the extra mile to ensure that the fitting and trim work was of a high standard and even sourced our house bricks in order to match up bricks at the new window sills. I can recommend Malvern Glass for an efficient, professional and courteous service.

Malvern Glass recently replaced and upgraded the windows at our Business Centre. The new windows are fantastic, they are light, bright and robust. Not only were the fitters friendly and efficient but the whole process from the initial quote was super easy. We had specific requirements and the Malvern Glass team were knowledgeable and professional with both recommendations and the whole fit out. We would happy recommend them and will be using them again.

Tom from Malvern Glass gave us a quote to change our windows and we were really impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail, even giving us advise about how best to have the openings for the kitchen window, so we decided to go ahead as the price was competive too. Richard and his colleague carried out the survey before fitting and were very thorough with their checking and measuring.

The fitting was carried out by Dave and Tim who did a wonderful job, and were very professional, with nothing being too much trouble for them. They've all done a fantastic job from start to finish. Would gladly recommend Malvern Glass.
