I have used sign windows the third time now and they are really good. I bought an old house in a conversation area in Leicester and they have matched my old single glazed windows to an amazing double glazed ones. The fitters were hard workers, polite, clean and friendly too. If you need to transform your home and have a fair price, then sign windows are the ones to call. I am going to called them again to have my front door and few other windows done.

I had a limited time in between tenants and the team at Sign Window were very accommodating, friendly and did everything in their power to fit into my time scale - I was very happy with the service from start to finish and would would be very happy to recommend them. Absolutely out standing service. Had all our windows and door done. The guys were so efficient, arrived promptly first thing and they really put every bit of attention into the detail. Gareth came to give us a quote and from the start to finish we had great communication with Shirley from the showroom who arranged all our appointments and checked everything was okay. Then Scott and Michael came to fit the windows and doors - on a really rainy day! Everyone who we liaised with was pleasant, professional and trustworthy. We even had Mark (service engineer) come out to change a handle and he went above and beyond and checked to make sure everything was working well and as it should. I would highly recommend Sign Windows and would definitely use them again in the future.

We recently had sign Windows to replace all of the windows and doors in our new house. I cannot recommend them highly enough. There was no hard sell like some companies and they did everything possible to ensure we were happy with our choices. When we went to sign the paperwork we were given a tour of the factory and it was great to see the products being made locally by a really friendly team of staff.
The fitters were great and completed the work to an excellent standard, even putting one of the old windows into the garage for us. Would definitely use the company again. Great to see good customer service still exists.

brilliant customer service from day 1! We had been recommended to contact sign from our in laws who have been using sign for the last 25 years. From the moment we phoned everything just ran smoothly, everyone turned up on time & worked extremely hard! We had windows and doors throughout our house and garage and we are beyond happy with the finished result!
Everything ran smoothly and the check in they do once everything is in and completed is a fantastic touch, the cherry on top of the cake. I would 110% recommend sign, they are reasonably priced so much so we have requested quotes for further work.

From start to finish excellent service. Chris came out to give a quote. Lovely guy really friendly not pushy felt very comfortable and able to ask questions. Went ahead with the quote and had all of our windows and doors changed. The 2 brothers that came to fit them were amazing, really helpful and friendly. Knew their job inside out. They were here for 3 days and every day they left no mess in or outside. Overall really pleased and would recommend Sign windows to anyone.

We spent months trying to find a reliable supplier and fitter of Bi-fold Doors. We also wanted advice on the safe and secure cutting out of the wall opening for the new door. A fantastic and professional job from start to finish, Chris came out to quote, there was no pushy hard sales talk, just good and honest advice at a very good price.
