Keith, the boss, was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process, offering us a highly competitive price on four large sash windows that are simply stunning. They look fantastic, and thanks to the double-glazed, gas-filled glass, we no longer experience condensation and are saving on heating costs. His team are true craftsmen, taking great pride in preserving the heritage and skills that maintain the charm of so many Leamington homes. We only wish we had had these windows installed years ago.

They replaced 7 windows last Autumn. The quality and build of the windows is high. The onsite workmen are truly craftsmen, and - although the job overran in time - it was a quality job. Unfortunately, the finishing off , which they seem to subcontract is appalling and they try to fob me off every time I call or e-mail. The pointing is outstanding, the render around one window is still waiting to be finished, they never supplied the pole to open the top windows, and their subcontractor appears to have painted some of the windows shut. 9 months after the bulk of the work was finished, my house still looks a mess.
