Utterly useless! They were contracted to install bi-fold doors in a new build and several years later the locking mechanism failed due to the handle and doors themselves being of an inappropriate design. Mistakes and value engineering happen, but was it easy to get them to repair or replace the part? Not at all! Incompetent and slow responses lead me going round in circles for months on end! They failed to take responsibility for what in the end took a couple of hours work that cost 50. I'd recommend avoiding this company.

I have their windows fitted in my home and after about 2 and a half years the frames completely bent out of shape meaning I cannot close my window properly so there is a gap. As well as this the frame has completely became detached from the top of the wall. I called up about this last week and was told that warranty only covers glass and not the frame so if I want it sorting I'll need to replace the entire window.
Awful quality product this is the second issue I've had with them the first time the door frame bent out of shape so it couldn't lock meaning my home was insecure for the weeks that it took for them to sort it. Avoid these guys.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I mean EVER. We have tried for 2 YEARS to get the window they fitted fixed. 7 replacements later and still the same problem. Please, please do not use this company. We had no choice as they fitted the glass in our new home from CREST NICHOLSON but go elsewhere if you can. AWFUL.

We have just had our windows and doors replaced with Newview. We could not have asked for a better service from the original sales visit to the office staff's organisation to the the final inspection once fitting had been completed. The actual windows and doors look better than we could have hoped for. The fitters did such a terrific job and treated our home with respect and care. Thank you Newview for not only improving the look of our home but also the security and efficiency.
