Absolutely awful. They installed our conservatory insulation. The installer put screws though the installation and touching the conservatory glass. Few months later the first glass panel broke, we contacted several times but got no response. A couple of weeks later the next glass panel broke. We asked an independent person to come and look and he confirmed that the screws were the cause of the damage.

We spent months and months trying to get Cladwins to speak with us. Seems legal action is the only way. Had to get Some one else to sort the mess out. BEWARE once they have your money they don't care.

My wife and I were hoping to buy a new conservatory. We took time off work and waited for the cladwinds salesman to arrive for our scheduled appointment. He didn't bother showing up or ringing us to explain why. When I called his mobile it rang continuously and on the second attempt it was switched off!?

We moved to our house in Luton under 6 months ago. We always wanted a conservatory. After having a few companies round nothing was jumping out at us until the people we purchased off had left the number of Cladwinds as they installed the patio doors. From start to finish Phil who came out to meet us initially was fantastic and gave us ideas specially to have the gable ended conservatory and also the warmer roof. Dave and the builders, every single one of them worked hard, did a thorough and fantastic job and nothing was too much trouble for them The conservatory is now finished and done with a great finish and Phil came out today to see it and take some photos.

All we now have to do is paint and the flooring. If I was ever going to replace windows, doors or recommend a conservatory company Cladwinds would be our first recommendation. Thank you Claire and Paul

Before than when we still had the flat, I left my details on the web then I got the guy came out the same day (which I believe is the owner of the business). Good advice went for triple glazing which made a huge difference to external noise as it is near a congested round about. All went as planned turned up sharp and whole flat window and French doors changed within the morning. Hope that we get the same gentlemen to come out to us this.

Drilling and hammering through the building structure of a terraced house at 8am, the builders are rude and inconsiderate. The conservatory looks awful with guttering cutting across windows. A 2x3m 1 storey conservatory has taken 3 weeks so far, and it's still had no interior work.

Nine windows, two patio doors and a composite front door, all done in two days. Inconvenience kept to an absolute minimum and attention to detail second to none.

Outstanding service from everyone at Cladwinds! I rang up one afternoon for a quote, David came out at 8am the following morning (in heavy snow!) to measure up and the doors were fitted within a week! Good value and extremely good quality, Fred came out to install the doors who was very polite, friendly and knowledgable, I will certainty be using Cladwinds for all future glazing and doors.

Ill- adjusted door, which caused the frame to warp. Plus, shattered glass within the door. Happy to take our money for the installation but could not have been less interested when things went wrong. I would NOT recommend them and I will never use them again!

Lovely Windows especially if you have triple glazed and give the fitters egg sandwich for lunch, friendly and polite. had compliments before they were even finished

Fred arrived as promised, did an excellent job, very pleasant and explained all we needed to know about how to keep our new door good as new. Fred was very professional in his work and left our property as clean as he found it. It was a pleasure to see him and chat. I have nothing but praise for Cladwins Ltd. I have had a roof conversion on my conservatory and it looks fantastic! The tradesmen were nothing short of excellent, working hard, keeping things tidy with the minimum of fuss and extremely courteous. I can recommend this company with complete certainty. E xcellent quality 2 sets of French windows fitted. Extremely helpful when our original old patio doors lock failed, We approached a couple of double glazing companies and Cladwinds were the ones who gave a fair quote and pulled out all the stops to make and fit new French doors for us in record time.
