Burnley Windows - Double Glazing Burnley

Had my windows and new door fitted by these guys. Competitive price for quality windows and door. Job done with ease, all windows sealed on outside for quality finishing touches. House was spotless, as was the outside when they left. I would recommend this firm all day long and being a perfectionist it's not very often l would leave a review but on this occasion the quality of the job warranted a review if only to guide people to a good company when looking for windows/doors fitted.

The company have a website and do much more than doors/windows and they will be my company of choice in the future. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to family and friends.

Use this company at your peril! They will take your money and do the job, but if anything goes wrong their customer service is abysmal. The Solidor front door they fitted at my house was defective, not of their making, but their responsibility to correct. The boss, Stephen, made countless promises to sort out and refit a new door, in person, by text and by email, all to no avail.

I am still waiting. If you want a company that provides good customer service and reliable follow up, should you need it, I would spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. I would definitely not recommend Burnley Windows.

Stephen and his team transformed our 18th century coaching inn with their incredible products and service. We LOVE our windows and doors as do those who pass by! We get so many comments on the style and colour with many asking where they are from! The workmanship, price and product is exceptional and I would recommend Burnley Windows to all I know. From start to finish, Burnley Windows have been fab! Martin and Rowan did a great job this morning installing the new window. There was no mess left and they worked with minimum disruption. More importantly however, is how good they were my little boy, who is on the Autistic Spectrum. Martin and Rowan were so patient with him and took time out to talk to him and answer his (many) questions. The level of kindness shown means more to me than anything else. I will definitely be using Burnley Windows again in the future! Thank you so much!

We had 5 new windows back door new lintles all fitted in a day and a half. Burnley Windows did an amazing job. They have done a brilliant job. Then they fitted a brand new roof, new facias and guttering and whatever comes along. I think i was the nightmare customer not knowing wgat we wanted. But hey ho snug as a bug.
