Was struggling to find a specific door lock part, was informed immediately as soon as the staff saw the part that they had it. Reasonably priced too.

The man behind the counter was a top bloke very helpful, pleased with windows. Definitely recommend this place.

Awful service - waited over 6 weeks for an appointment, was asked to send plans so they could get a head start. Got my architect to draw up detailed plans with all window measurements and Acorn never got back to me. I chased at least 10 times and was always promised a call back but never received one. Day of the appointment today which was booked for 9am and they did not show up.

I called to query and they denied the appointment despite sending me an email confirmation yesterday! The job in question was close to 160k in business for them and they couldn't even be bothered. I am very disappointed and surprised at their complete lack of care, responsibility and customer service.

Very friendly & helpful staff. I needed a new mechanism for my double glazed window on & they had what I needed and told me how to fit it. Saved me!

Brilliant place to go for your u pvc products good selection of stuff handles euro locks, locking systems, plus glazing and sealed units, the girl on the counter Chelsea is friendly and also is knowledgeable on the products they sell, and she helped with the style of lock I required even though I was rather ambiguous with my description.

Broke the glass in my wood burning stove and rang Acorn on a Saturday morning. I popped over and they cut a bespoke shape glass (heat proof ) within 10 mins and fits perfectly! And at a good price. Highly recommended and thank you A*

This company is an absolute life saver. With no other option than to smash a window to get into to my house, Steven came straight out to board up my window even though it was late and came back again the very next day to fit the glass.
