Appalling. New Wave Doors representatives "sold" me the concept of their doors. Their sales rep gave me a New Wave Doors business card, plus their paperwork for the deposit was New Wave Doors. They now say this Legacy Windows company were the ones I paid the deposit to and wiped their hands of it all. Complete cowboys and fake companies. Trading standards will be involved from now.

The only Legacy you will be left with from these jokers is Dissapointment & Dismay ... they are an absolute nightmare.... they demand full payment up front......they send incompetent installers..... there is a poor quality finish on doors.... absolutely zero after sales customer service...... an absolute disgrace...... they should be shut down as rogue traders!!!

Absolutely terrible company. Had 3 New Wave doors fitted around 5-6 weeks ago. Hinged door arrived with a smashed pane but was fitted anyway despite the fitter knowing that the door would not close properly causing damage to the frame and handle. Waited 4 weeks for replacement glass to arrive, when it did it arrived with no fitter. Other 2 panes also hugely scratched by what i can only assume was the broken glass from the hinged door in transit. Fitter arrived this morning to inspect and now says the door will have to go back to the factory as it would never close properly without the pane in!
This is from the guy that originally installed them! Please do yourself a favour and do not use this company. Terrible experience that still isn't over and there are many companies out there that make and sell the New Wave doors.
