Well what can I say we have just had 12 windows and 2 doors plus a new tiled conservatory roof off MPN. From the first phone call to the fitters turning up to do the job everything was completely flawless. We have already recommended MPN to family and friends and would like to thank them for doing a first class job.

We used MPN Windows a few years for the back of the house, they were fab then so we went with them again for the front windows and door. They are amazing and we are so pleased with them. MPN are all quick and helpful with their communication and the work by the fitters was an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend MPN to others.

I decided to use MPN Windows because of their quality of work, the price and the fact they make their own windows. I was not disappointed. I had two sets of French windows, a single window, one door and six openers on the same run in my garage. James was the fitter and from the start to the end nothing was a problem. Had new conservatory built. Dan and his mate worked very hard in freezing cold weather to remove an old timber built conservatory and errect a new pvc one. We also had some broken down units replaced and wheel chair access to finish the job off nicely. The boys worked really well and were professional at all times. MPN provided a fantastic end to end service during the replacement of my conservatory roof. I requested a quote late one evening and received a call back the next morning. We had a quick discussion on what I was looking for and arranged a time for the Sales Rep to attend the house. The Sales rep was well prepared with samples and brochures, knowledgeable and happy to discuss the various roof options.

There was no hard sell or any pressure, just a quote and an offer of their contact details if I had any questions. I accepted the quote as it was competitive but also priced a proven and quality product. Throughout the lead up to installation I was kept updated by the office team and a mutually convenient installation date was agreed. The installation team arrived punctually on the date stated, introduced themselves, discussed what they were going to do and got to it minutes later.

I'm not one to watch work on my house, I leave it to the professionals, but the installation team called me through to view the process, so I had an understanding on what was being done. The work was done in the time scale quoted and the end of each day the work area was left clean and secure. By day two I had my new roof, complete with replacement guttering.

Over the next few days the internal work was completed with new insulation installed; the insulation exceeded building regs so my build not only remained compliant but is more economical to heat. Plastering was next and was organised with the same good communication. Once again the quality of work was fantastic. If you want a well-managed piece of work performed by friendly professionals MPN are a great bet. I am extremely happy with the process and product, faultless!

Recently had 6 windows and 2 doors from MPN. Absolutely fabulous service. From the initial telephone call to the installation of the windows and doors. Very helpful in explaining everything from the cost to the fitting. Came on the date they said they would and caused limited disruption to the household. Would recommend that you contact them if you are thinking of having doors or windows fitted.

I had a composite door fitted by MPN in 2016 and recently we had an issue with the lock sticking making it very hard to open and lock the door. I contacted MPN and they arranged for someone to come out the same day and they changed the barrel and supplied us with new keys, all within 25 minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service and would recommend to everyone and will use again in the near future.
