Due to Covid I was asked to supply photos of windows that may need repair or replacement, the property is vacant, two people I spoke to were very disinterested, I don't know how they can tell if locks are broken or windows need replacing via photos but it wasn't explained, business need to remember that small jobs are as important and can turn to large jobs, I said I didn't feel confident because of their response and all I got was "ok", shame because they were recommended. I think they just didn't want the job, that's fine someone will.

I emailed Sunday afternoon asking for a quote and asking them to attend the property, that the tenants reported a front door that was virtually impossible to close and lock. First thing Monday morning I had a quote for repairing the door. Under the circumstances they squeezed us in that afternoon and repaired the faulty door. They kept me up to-date as they where dealing with the tenant. A very satisfied tenant and landlord.
