I needed a replacement pane for a difficult to access window. The installers completed without fuss or any additional expense. Not sure I could have got that service elsewhere. Really appreciated. Service: General window replacement

Enquired about getting someone to come to house to measure up for Windows. Explained I had sizes available but wanted to speak to someone in person. Was told no one available and just to email over sizes and somebody would be in touch. not the best start for a possible new customer

Due to Covid I was asked to supply photos of windows that may need repair or replacement, the property is vacant, two people I spoke to were very disinterested, I don't know how they can tell if locks are broken or windows need replacing via photos but it wasn't explained, business need to remember that small jobs are as important and can turn to large jobs, I said I didn't feel confident because of their response and all I got was "ok", shame because they were recommended. I think they just didn't want the job, that's fine someone will.

My composite front door was proving difficult to close and following a call out I was informed that it would need new hinges. These were installed about 2 months ago. A good professional job. Very pleased with the quick and efficient service too.

I emailed Sunday afternoon asking for a quote and asking them to attend the property, that the tenants reported a front door that was virtually impossible to close and lock. First thing Monday morning I had a quote for repairing the door. Under the circumstances they squeezed us in that afternoon and repaired the faulty door. They kept me up to-date as they where dealing with the tenant. A very satisfied tenant and landlord.

Popped in today to the shop on Prince Avenue. Great to see they are COVID friendly too. Served by Ricky who disposed of my old triple lock strip for my UPVC door and kindly cut down my new one to the same size. Fantastic service and a great price.

Very pleased with the work carried out by DG Servicing again, as have used them before. They carried out repairs to my front door which was really hard to close and lock, it works perfectly now. They also changed three sealed units in my conservatory which had gone misty.

Quick and reliable service when needing repairs on your double glazing - tell them the problem and they fix it. They don't try to sell you a new item you don't want! Worth a go if you need any glazing problem sorted.
