I had a conservatory installed over 2 years ago and from start to finish, from my first visit to the showroom through to the end of the build, the level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. I have never seen such a tidy building site and the customer support after the installations is truly impressive. We have just had so much work completed by crystal, conservative built, kitchen knocked through to open up & give more light & space, moved doors to were Windows were and build up doors to give us Windows. Replaced other Windows in the house. New lighting have been added, gas pipes moved, plug sockets moved & new ones added, plumbing for new sink , dishwasher & radiator's removed from one side of kitchen (were we now have gas hob) two new radiator's added. Both areas plastered ready for painting. Everyone has been amazing & pleased with the results. Thank you to all staff for an amazing job well done.

I just want to express how happy we're have been with the whole process of getting our new Windows. But especially to the 2 guys who fitted them for us. People are very quick to criticise and complain these days but never praise....these 2 guys definitely need praise(can't remember there names sorry!!) they both are an absolute credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were so professional. I would highly recommend crystal living to anyone and would just like to thank you all once again.
