Excellent service from start to finish. All work has been carried out to a high standard with attention to detail. Dom and Andy, the installers, worked quickly and efficiently, answering questions and explaining what they were doing as the installation progressed and left things clean and tidy at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble during the work and any commitments by the company were carried out on time and as promised. We are very pleased with our installation and will recommend DW Windows to others.

On arrival the two men announced the company name and their names. Explained the work that will be done and showed me my canopies before fitting to make sure it was what I had ordered. The work was carried out without any problems. I was showed the finished work after they cleaned up any mess that was made. I then received paperwork and explained a few items that was relevant to the job. All in all a very satisfied customer. Would recommend.

Having our new windows has been a pleasure from start to finish. Everyone from Alex on the first appointment to Dom and James who worked really hard getting them all fitted have been polite and professional and the final result has transformed the house. We were delighted that we could get more done than we thought for our budget and will definitely be back next year for doors

This company is fantastic, I have had two separate jobs done to date. The office staff keep you informed every step of the way. Our first job was cancelled on the morning, due to staff shortages, the company couldn't apologise more and promptly rearranged ASAP. We also had a few issues with the windows that they sorted with no quibble. I can't praise the fitters up enough Paul and Dan, great chaps and their workmanship is excellent.

They listened to my wishes and acted upon them. They were tidy too. Great job lads thanks you. On a final note, I am very pleased with my windows and doors and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Brilliant after sales too, something you don't get much these days. Top job DW well done!

New composite door fitted today, the fitters Aaron and Keith were professional and efficient, our windows were replaced recently by DW windows and the service was second to none, i would reccomend this company to anyone

From start to finish DW Windows have given us a great service. With social distancing and PPE in place their surveyors were on time and gave us great advise, we were kept up to date with all stages of pre-fitting and the fitters have been brilliant. Polite, courteous, respectful of our home, letting us know if there were issues but sorting anything that arose out quickly and with quality workmanship. At every point of the process we've been delighted with the service. If only all companies were this professional.

I have just had two old doors replaced and I very pleased with the quality of the doors, and the workmanship. They were fitted by Craig and Ian who did an excellent job fitting them. They were punctual an pleasant and helpful to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. I would Be more than happy to recommend WD windows.

Excellent company. We did quite a bit of research and decided on a Rock door. DW Windows were by far the friendliest and most professional company we spoke to. Can not fault the whole process, right from initial contact, to visiting the show room, placing the order, answering questions ( my husband had a lot!) and the installation. Communication was excellent, always happy to help. Paul and Dan who fitted the door were great, lovely guys and did an outstanding job. The door was perfectly fitted. Even my husband was happy! I would recommend DW Windows to anyone.

The guy's who fitted our doors and windows where great. Arrived on time. Polite and helpful they done a fantastic job very pleased with the way everything was done. From the surveyor to the office staff they all had nice personalities. Nobody was pushy about getting a sale they would leave the quote with you for a few days to see if you were happy with it. Can't recommend this company enough we will be definitely going back for any other work that we may need. In the future.

I would highly recommend DW Windows - we are really pleased with our beautiful new Conservatory. We had a tight deadline after a delayed start but everyone at DW worked hard to ensure it was completed on time. The Builders, Fitters and Electricians were all helpful and friendly, turned up on time and did a really good job. Snags were sorted as quickly as possible. We felt very happy with the service we received. The salesman was very helpful and was not pushy at all, very genuine guy. The surveyor was brilliant and gave us some excellent advice. When it came to the fitting the service was excellent, very courteous and professional fitters. We have had excellent value for money, we have found the customer and after sales service to be excellent.

I am so proud of this company, they have completely transformed the front of my house, The workmen were so lovely, they were friendly and did an amazing job, we all admired their work on completion and they loved my choice of black frame windows and black composite door, they are even going to choose this for their own house because it really does look stunning.

All the facers, soffits, and guttering look stunning to, it all just looks beautiful. The customer service and management team was everything you’d expect, any little snags we had along the way were dealt with quickly and put right, I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone, I already have recommended them to one of my friends, I absolutely can’t wait till next year when they come back and do all my back windows and either an orangery or conservatory, I absolute cannot thank you enough team, your amazing see you next year

My patio doors were old and draughty so I shopped around for options. I tried one of the well known brand names initially but their prices were ridiculous and as soon as I pointed this out they dropped it by over a thousand pounds. Which meant that they were prepared to charge me a lot more if I had accepted the first offer. So, i shopped around and I am very glad that I did because DW windows did the job at half the price.

They were able to provide a really nice set of Bifold doors and even managed to accommodate the extra height required. The fitters Aaron and Keith turned up early and worked through the day without a break. They were friendly and polite throughout and cleaned up before leaving. The did a first rate job and I would recommend them without hesitations.

Had our new orangery fitted recently by DW Windows and am absolutely over the moon with it. Brilliant service and quality and such a helpful team, especially when half way through the build I decided I wanted an extra window putting in! DW sorted this out no problem. One little thing though, we are still waiting for our electric heater to be delivered? Thank You.

We recently had replacement windows and a new door fitted at a family property we rent out in Castlecroft. From start to finish we were very satisfied with the service we received and the finished job. The fitters worked very hard and were very professional. Needless to say our tenant is delighted.

Was quoted for a new front door as mine was old and not secure. Visited showroom in Sedgley. Got plenty of brochures to decide what I wanted. Salesman came to go through doors and quotes. He wasn't pushy and let me decide what I wanted. Order placed there and then. Another gentleman came and did a survey just to check everything was ok and I was kept informed throughout the whole process.

Yesterday Aaron and Keith turned up, before time slot and set straight to work. Two excellent workmen who took pride in their work. An absolute credit to your company. I'm so pleased with my new door and love it. First class service and will be in touch in the future with regards to a replacement hall window

Had our Bi folding doors fitted today and have got to say they look fantastic. The service from the whole team from start to finish fantastic. A special mention to the fitters, very polite treated our property very professional. This is our second time we have had work done. We had windows fitted, and did not hesitate to return. I would like to personally thank DW Windows for doing a couple of great jobs for me 28/07/2016. I will add a local company cited a huge minimum charge before even considering work. No such problem with DW Windows! No job too big or too small. Seamless from the Free No Obligation quote and very good price for Fascia and new Double Glazing Argon filled units.

The fitters John and Scott, friendly, professional, helpful and did a great job. Top notch quality and attention to detail. Reliable, turned up at prearranged time and date to suit me. No hesitation recommending DW Windows who have been in business just over 10 years. Fascias, double glazing, conservatories, UPVC/PVCU, composite doors, firestone roofing, porches, garage doors, bi fold doors you name it.

I have waited for years, contacted several firms but they wouldn't even do the job of fitting new fascia to cover unsightly wood above a bay window on my bungalow. DW Windows did and were great at every stage. I am not just another of the many happy customers. I am a delighted DW Windows customer that just wishes I'd have contacted DW Windows sooner.
