Emerald Windows

Very pleased with the whole process from Mark letting us see and touch the product in the showroom in Swindon (many don't!), to a transparent price breakdown, no "buy now pressure for our best deal" unlike the bigger "national" brands and the initial fitters Sean and Jay did a great job and kept disruption to a minimum, one week for a lot of windows and doors. We had a couple of snags but these were all rectified and were the manufacturers fault not Emerald but this was all dealt with by Emerald. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Emerald Windows and doors highly enough, we had 17 windows installed so were naturally concerned about everything. However we need not have worried, the customer service we received from our initial meeting to the finished result has been first class. communication, adaptability, workmanship and willingness to go one step further.

The fitters were excellent in particular Sean, who was clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced plus courteous and helpful. There was no mess and the finished result is excellent. Thank you.

Emerald windows have been great in every step of the way. Quote was very competitive for 8 windows and french doors. They supplied the special glass I wanted. The communication was great. The fitters Mathew and Dillion did a fantastic job. They had great attention to detail in the finishing off around the new windows and were very pleasant guys. I am very pleased with the frames, glass and fitting.

The installation was carried out efficiently and cleanly. Matt and Rick arrived at the stated time, they were not the chatty type but sociable just the same. They just got on with the work only stopping for an occasional coffee. What was good about Emerald Windows there were NO sales persons, just word of mouth and no pressure to buy. Everything was explained clearly and the quote easily accepted. All in all a good experience.

Chose a door via the online selection tool, received an excellent quote, the best of four that I sought. Visit arranged to confirm measurements and price. Fitters were great in fitting the door, excellent work. Door matched the online selection - very pleased! Guarantee received by post one week after installation. Highly recommended.

Throughout the whole process Emerald Windows & Doors were brilliant. The order process was easy and even though we changed our minds a number of times the team were more than happy to amend the quotations. We were regulary updated with key dates through the project (e.g survey, order placement, lead time, fitting etc.) and the team were all super friendly.

The fitters arrived on time and on the correct day! (That may sound trivial, but we have dealt with a lot of trades while building and renovating and most can't seem to keep to their promisies.) The fitters were very polite, asked all the right questions and knew their stuff and were done in a matter of hours. The Team Leader on site was brilliant, he had an apprentice helping and from over hearing his conversations he was a brilliant mentor and top bloke. In summary, we would definetly recommend!

From the first contact, to the final installation, all the staff and fitters at Emerald have been polite, professional and eager to help. We were kept up to date on all stages of the ordering and manufacturing of the units. The fitters, Chris, Dione and Dylan in particular were very good. Window and door fitting is always going to be disruptive but the three guys were always helpful and accommodating and made sure the house was clean and tidy before they left every day. Replacement of a sliding patio door with a two-panel bi-fold door. Showroom staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail, and we came away feeling comfortable with our choices. We had to ask for a change of installation date which was no problem. The installation was carried out with great care and professionalism; the operation and maintenance of the door was explained to us, and everything was left clean and tidy. We can only recommend Emerald Windows & Door and will definitely use them again.

Emerald fitted a new french door and a bedroom window and they did a great job. Fitters were very friendly and helpful and cleaned up after themselves and the door and windows have been fitted to a really high standard. Would definitely use Emerald again.

Had a new front door installed by Emerald and they were really good from start to finish. No pressure, kept up to date with progress and the door looks great (already noticed a drop in volume of traffic from the main road compared to the old door!). Friendly staff and great workmanship.

Had a new door from Emerald and they were simply fantastic from the start, talked through the options and gave some really good advice. No pushy sales which made it even better! Kept me in the loop during the coronavirus lockdown too. Door looks fantastic! I highly recommend them.

Couldn’t be more happy with our new windows and doors!! Form the beginning Dan was very professional and not pushy to make a sale (compared to other companies we had quote with). The price they offered was much cheaper then other brands for the same windows (almost half the price). The process was quick and took only 2 weeks to have everything done (since our quote). Installations took only 2 days and guys went above and beyond with the service and left our house clean. Our home is so much warmer, draft- and mould-free! Definitely recommend!!

We had our doors and windows done Monday and Tuesday.. prompt timekeeping from friendly hard working men. Jake and Jay very polite and trustworthy.
Windows and doors excellent quality. Stylist and have made such a difference warmth wise and security wise too. Would reccommend them to family and friends. When first ordering our windows etc. No pushy saleman. Brilliant on design ideas. And spent time listening to our needs for design too. Excellent experience all round. Well done and thank you all.

Emerald did an excellent job fitting beautiful sash windows in our cottage. The fitters were friendly and efficient. We are pleased with the result and passers by often conment on how lovely the house looks.

We were apprehensive about having UPVC replacement windows in our Victorian farmhouse, and we wanted as much of the original window frames kept as possible. Martin and Paul were both excellent at explaining how they would undertake the project to ensure the appearance of our house would not be spoilt. Neither were pushy salesmen, they took their time and answered all questions comprehensively.

The fitters completed the job quickly making minimum mess, and when we noticed one of the panes of glass had a slight scratch in it, a replacement was arranged swiftly without argument. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, it is refreshing to find an organisation which prides itself on listening to the customer and taking a real pride in their work. We are so pleased and the windows looks stunning! Thank you.

I contacted several companies for prices to replace all doors and windows in my home and brick up an old patio door. Emerald were not the cheapest BUT there was no hard selling techniques and I was not pressured to commit at any point. The entire process has been a pleasure and has been well managed and communicated well by the workmen, who have shown both my family and home the utmost respect and care. The house is now finished and I am impressed with the quality of the products and workmanship that has gone into this job and would happily recommend this company.

We were recommended to Emeraldo to have our conservatory roof replaced. We had a quote which was very favorable, so we went ahead. We are now the proud owners of a super warm roof. The work is to a very high standard.
