This company recently replaced our windows and panes. Right from the start, they exhibited professionalism and courtesy. Their pricing was reasonable, and they completed a top-notch job. I would gladly engage their services again and highly recommend them.

We've recently had Falcon fit a conservatory and front door for us. The service provided was excellent from beginning to end. The quality is superb, and the pricing was amazing. Both the office staff and the builders were delightful, always punctual as promised. The front door feels solid, and the conservatory has truly transformed our home with its high standard. We wholeheartedly recommend Falcon.

We had an old conservatory from 2006 constructed by a local builder and it regrettably suffered from subsidence dropping about 2 due to the poor nature of the soil. We consulted with several companies before settling upon Falcon to completely demolish the old building and reconstruct a new conservatory on a raft foundation to a slightly new design with a solid roof and Velux windows.

From start to finish, every member of the team, from sales to construction were transparent and helpful, given I'm a retired new building inspector in the world of shipbuilding, I had lots of questions and the builders never tired of explaining the processes thoroughly. The result is a most stunning conservatory, in every way like an extension of the house.

The foundations alone were an intricate combination of concrete and steel reinforcement. The warm roof looks stunning too, inside and out. The construction was thorough and finished to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Falcon from the smallest to the largest of installation projects.

Had a new door installed on our brick built shed (man cave). Ian the installer was superb and carried out the work to a fantastic standard. Even cleared up afterwards and also took away an old wooden door which was left in the shed by the previous owner. Will certainly use Falcon again and will definitely recommend them.

Used Falcon twice so far and hope to have them back soon for a couple more windows. No complaints at all with this outfit, good people, good products, competitive pricing and good workmanship. What's not to like?.many thanks.

Had new windows and door August 2020. Great advice and service from start to finish. Recently had a problem with two windows jamming but was resolved in two days from my phone call. From the moment of enquiry to the finish of the install of our fascias and soffits and replacement French doors and windows, Falcon have been nothing short of amazing and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a service they provide. Their prices are extremely reasonable. At our quote appointment with Keith, he listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push at all to get them more money.

We looked around at a few places, including some very well known National companies, with several different ideas of what we were looking for, and Falcon were the only to quote for our first and ideal option, at almost half the price of some quotes we had received! From quote to install was very quick (around 4 weeks) and within the time estimate they had given us. Matthew and James were with us for the installation for 2 days in scorching heat! Thier attention to detail was impeccable and hardly seen in the trade sector these days.

They were the nicest guys and didn't moan about the heat or take countless breaks (like I would have expected in the hot weather),t hey just cracked on and got the job done. A really rarity in the trade industry! We are so pleased we went for Falcon and wouldn't hesitate to go back again for any more home improvements that we need. Keep up the good work guys

We have nothing but praise for Falcon Installations. We love our new glass roof on our conservatory - it's proved worth the money during the summer especially as I can now sit in it comfortably without overheating & also it's far warmer during these winter months than it was with the old roof. Their workmanship was without fault & I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them if you wish to re-roof your conservatory.

Have had the pleasure of using Falcon Installations twice now. I can't recommend them highly enough. Every stage from initial consultation, measuring, fitting and aftercare has been fantastic. All members of staff have been very professional and great to deal with. Particularly impressed with the after sales service. We had a couple of small marks on window handles on a new window when installed.

New handles were instantly ordered and replaced within a week. When I casually mentioned to our fitter that our front door which we had had installed two years ago was a little bit stiff to open he looked at it straight away and fixed with no hassle there and then. Would recommend Falcon to anyone.

We purchased a house with a large Falcon garden room just before Christmas. It's design was part of our decision to purchase the property. It was less than two years old, so when the roof started leaking in several places following some rain I emailed the company, only to be told that the guarantee was not transferable. I would advise anyone buying a property to check that the guarantee is transferable and in my experience of their workmanship to avoid dealing with Falcon. They are evidently nice people to deal with from other reviews, until there is a problem.

Great service and competitive prices. The directors and manual workers are very polite and helpful and they take pride in their work. I had a new conservatory roof fitted Excellent comms and after sales service. I would definitely use Falcon again. Highly recommend them.

7 windows, new soffits, fascia board and guttering. The house has never looked nicer! Byron (the fitter) was lovely, efficient and tidy. Simon (who came for the initial quotation/pricing) was lovely too. I really liked his no nonsense sales pitch - as in this is what you want, this is the price. (And a good price it was too!!). Not like some companies who quote the earth and are then offering 'discounts' and phoning managers to 'check if there's anything more I can do for you luv'.

Great price - lowest quote - Just over half the price of Everest. Very clean work and professional fitters. Delivered their promise to fit in only 3 weeks from order. Quality windows and patio doors.
