We had new external doors fitted and I am very impressed with the whole service. Arranging to get a quite was easy and then Onah was very helpful in ensuring it was what we wanted and made small changes as needed. The fitters were very professional and had good attention to detail. My home was left clean and tidy

I had all my windows replaced by Jack of Glass. Russell came to messure up and give us a quote, he was very friendly, honest and very helpful, not once did we feel pressured. James came to fit the windows, he was very reliable, hard working and he done an excellent job. The standard of the finsh is impeccable and we couldnt be happier. We had a great experience with Lloyd, Linda and team. We replaced some blown windows and fitted some new bifold doors and the lads on site were punctual, friendly and very professional.

I cannot praise them enough really. They replaced all the windows and doors throughout the house. From initial enquiry, including design options, and measuring up to completing all works on site (including Builder's Work) they demonstrated a really professional service. They were meticulous with cleaning and protection which can often be a bugbear when major works take place. Competitive value as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Went back to the company after I had previously good service. When I complained about the quality (finish) of the product, the fitters came out to inspect the issue, JoG said they would ask the supplier to rectify. Nothing happened. Several times when I spoke to people in the office, they said I would be called back - I wasn't. Again several times, I emailed I was told the person who was dealing with this would get back to me - they didn't. In the end I gave up - despite having lots more work which needed doing, they just cannot be bothered with the details.

We had our main door replaced in Aug last year (sorry it's taken this long to get round this) and Jack of Glass came up with most competent quote. I spoke with Lloyd who was very professional and dealt with all my queries proactively. I'd recommend Jack of Glass to anyone looking for a reasonable quote and excellent customer service!

Great company, great service and glass cut perfectly. I contacted Jack of glass to see how much some glass for a picture frame would cost, I received a quote in minutes at a very reasonable price. Dropped off my picture frame the following morning and the glass was ready the same day to collect. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

How refreshing to find a local company that was able to fix our ill fitting upvc front door so efficiently. Simple email sent to confirm, Jack of Glass then made contact with our niece who was staying there whilst we were on hols, agreed a date, kept us fully informed and turned up and completed the job as promised, bang on time. Paid them by mobile banking, simple as you like. Definitely not the usual local tradesman lottery with these guys, from my experience at least.

Highly recommended. I needed some shed glass repalced at short notice. The job was completed within a couple of days, the guys were prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard.

We had a kitchen fitted and did not want the 'traditional' tile splash-back. Our kitchen designer had recommended a simple glass splash-back behind our cooker but that was not what we wanted. However the glass splash-back we really wanted was very large and consisted of many shapes and angles - not helped by the fact our is quite an old house so walls were not completely flat.
Jack of Glass had been recommended by a friend so we were happy to talk to them about what we wanted to do.

We found both Chris and Lloyd really patient. We had great advice about what colours would work - we had a grey kitchen and were tempted down a 'grey' palette but when we tried the samples we all agreed white was the 'way to go'. So they came in and measured up. The glass when it was fitted last week was a perfect fit. All the gaps between cupboards and worktops were consistent. The fitters were professional, quick and left a perfect job. It has turned out way better than we had hoped and really adds a finishing touch. Thank you "Jack of Glass'.
