Ace windows have been brilliant from start to finish. Excellent advice on the windows we needed, a good price and good communication from the office all the way through. The lads who fitted were fantastic, courteous in my home, cleaned up after themselves, even bringing their own hoover. They noticed some tiny scratches on our door handle and a small crack in a window unit (which we hadn't even noticed) and insisted on replacing them.
Upon fitting the new door they expected some damage to plaster work as it is an old house and they organised a plasterer to come out within a few days to redo the plaster so all sorted quickly. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

The service from ACE Windows NE has been incredible from start to finish. Fantastic service and communications. Just wanted to say Thank you to Ace windows for their superb service in repairing a set of french doors and another rear door that had become increasingly difficult to open, with gaps around the edges. Courteous and friendly tradesmen, turned up on time, completed the job with no mess and only left once they were assured I was happy with the results. More than happy with the price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone.

This company is brilliant, professional and trust worthy. They fitted 3 bay Windows and a normal window and from start to finish they were great. It took them 3 days to fit and at times I had to leave the house to do the school run but I felt more then capable to leave them in the house. The Windows look absolutely fantastic and after they were done they removed all the waste and tidy'd up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company.
