Eco Sash & Case

They were not the cheapest quote we received but we went with Eco Sash & Case as we were impressed with their enthusiasm and professionalism. From start to finish we found them responsive and easy to deal with and searching for solutions. We were having all our windows refurbished, double glazed and painted which we knew could be a disruptive and elongated process.

The Eco Sash & Case team did their best to project manage the process so we were clear stage by stage what was happening and the team adhered to the agreed timetable. We found the individual tradesman on site to be friendly, polite and very willing to find creative solutions. The co-ordination between the refurbishment and the painting was superb and the final result impressive. Understandably due to the age of the windows there was some additional work but we felt their costs for this were very reasonable.

We were meticulous in identifying snags (mainly minor) which Eco Sash & Case dealt with quickly and without any rancour. Overall we are extremely happy with the job done and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Great new wooden sash and case windows. There were a few unforseen delays but all handled well. Our fully functioning shutters were slightly damaged but these were fixed with a few other snagging jobs. Very happy with the decorators too. All the workers were polite.

The Eco and Sash team recently replaced the windows in our house which were a mix of PVC styles, to new wood sash and cash style. Lindsay in the office was great at keeping in touch about dates/times. The team arrived early to get started and left the house very tidy at the end of each day. The windows were always left water tight overnight. The team who then painted them later were also very prompt and good at keeping us up to date. The finished windows are great and look how we wanted!

I recently had my sash and case windows repaired, painted and draught proofed. I am extremely happy with the finish and the difference the draft proofing has made. I would highly recommend Eco Sash and Case as they were really good value for money, very friendly team and I experienced no issues.

The Eco team have been excellent and my 150years old windows have been given a new lease of life. The joiners, under Steven's guidance (thanks for the talk about the history of timber used in UK), did a fantastic job of replacing the rotten bits and making sure the sashes were straight and in proper working order. John, who took over to paint the windows is a real pro (and a pleasue to chat to, too). And when Covid complicated the arrangements, everything was handled in an exemplary manner by Lindsay in the company's office. Thank you!

After being let down by another company, Edward from Eco Sash & Case responded at short notice and delivered my window requirements to a tight deadline. The communication throughout was excellent, with regular updates and all work delivered on schedule. Jordan, Chris & Callum were very professional and installed new slimlite glazing to my existing sash & case windows to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the end result. Would recommend Eco Sash & Case and be happy to use them again.

I could not fault the service provided by eco sash and case. Very friendly and informative, explaining the window renovation process and use of eco friendly products. A courtesy call the evening before work, arriving on time, putting down dust sheets and hoovering up afterwards. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Eco Sash & Case double glazed and draught proofed our old and neglected sash windows. This has now provided significant thermal and improvement without compromising the architectural character of our home. They also finished and painted our windows with environmentally paints and materials. Extremely pleased with this very unique service. Would very much encourage the use of this type of eco friendly service to others.

Other estimates we received said we would need to replace our old windows with new windows where ECO Sash & Case said they could save the original sash windows and fully restore them, this really brought the cost down.
