Would 100% recommend. Excellent price, friendly staff on the phone and really quick to respond to emails. Had a bay window, French doors and front door replaced. Barney and Josh were so friendly and did an amazing job with the fitting. This included fitting a cat flap into the Patio doors, which they sorted with no issues. They also ensured to keep the original features around the front door, which I think looks lovely. They cleaned up all their mess and stayed until they were happy everything was how it should be. All in all, a brilliant experience. Thank you.

We are very pleased with all aspects of our window and door Installation. The whole process was carefully managed from the initial quote to the final installation. All the staff were polite and friendly, the consultations before work commenced were thorough so we knew exactly what to expect. The installation was carried out by experienced friendly people who took time to keep disruption to a minimum.
We were impressed by the fitters with the speed of their work whilst retaining minimum disruption. We have no hesitation in recommending based on our experience. We are really pleased with the end results.

Ideal fitted our windows in March 2022, they were great. Polite, professional and had great communication from start to finish. The price was very competitive for good quality. They arrived when they said they would and completed on time, leaving the place tidy when finished. But the real plus was in the support after the installation. We only had a small issue with one of the windows not opening.
But when the manufacturer was going to make us wait for 5 weeks for the repair, Barney came quickly and was able to identify and sort the issue within 1 hour. I highly recommend Ideal Glass, they are very easy to work with and, as I have found, very reliable and trustworthy.

Ideal Glass have done such a fantastic job for us from start to finish! Barney was brilliant with talking us through the different options and finishes available both at the showroom and then at our home. We were kept up to date with the order & installation date, any questions or queries we had were answered promptly. The installation team were such great guys, they arrived on time every day, were professional, friendly, clean & tidy.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, what a great bunch of lads they were! We are super happy with the end result & are looking forward to a warmer & quieter winter now that the install is complete.

Jacob and his team provided not only a very good product in the Bi fold doors and sky lantern but also a great customer service experience. They went above and beyond what I believe is normally required to ensure that the finish was to the highest standards and they were able to work with our builders to work around obstacles. Would highly recommend the company and will use again for future projects
