I would like to thank the staff for the fantastic service provided when I was lucky to win their January giveaway on Facebook. I am delighted with the front door I chose, Lyon Six in white with chrome accessories from the Virtuoso Range.

Great advice from all staff; all very friendly and professional. The door was fitted yesterday by two polite, friendly, and hardworking fitters. They arrived when promised and cleaned up the little mess that was there before leaving. Thank you.

John and his team fitted a new uPVC front door with two side panels for my parents. He was very patient with them and even called up the manufacturer to see if they would make a door that they liked! His team arrived on time on the agreed date and fitted the door. We had a little staining that turned out to be excessive activator. Someone was sent to clean it once I notified John. Very professional and so good to have tradesmen who turn up when they say they will AND do a good job! I will be keeping them in mind for other home improvements in future.
