I never do reviews but I just had to say how amazing Eaton homes have been at installing 4 new UPVC windows at my property. The building is old and had beautiful Victorian sash windows which I was devastated to have to change to UPVC but Eaton homes managed to keep the interior wood surround inside making them still look in keeping with the property. Every other company would have ripped them out so I am unbelievably grateful. Not only did Mo talk me through every step carefully, he also expedited the job to get them done in my time scale. He made sure we double checked over all the details so it was done properly. The job was undertaken with the utmost professionalism and tbe install all done within a day! Im honestly over the moon and couldnt recommend them any higher. Thank you all so much Mo and the team!

Ever since meeting Mahreen and muhammed from Eaton home improvements, I have been at ease and have had nothing but outstanding service from beginning to end. Mahreen knew I was having difficulty getting the right people to do the patio doors and windows but not only did she give me the best bespoke material for my double glazing windows, but they also gave me an easy payment plan option which has worked out so well for me, that Ive now decided to get the porch with them next!

I have recommended them to family and friends as they are genuine people who do their job whole heartedly and Ive never met such genuine people, who were kind caring and very considerate toward my needs, suggesting what I need and which design to go for. She made sure she was always in touch calling me regarding my window doors dates installation etc.

I am one happy person and cant wait to get my porch done with them because I trust them so much. Everyone I met from salesman/surveyor/installers were professional and polite. The fitters arrived and worked fuss free leaving our house clean and tidy. We are Very happy and Will always use this company again because they are so trustworthy and the first class service will not go amiss! Very happy with my installation and Will definitely use this company again and again!

I wanted wooden sash windows and was very firm on this. I didnt want to pay the price of Acoyya or Berocca sash wooden windows and then there was cheaper timber wooden sash windows but in the end mahreen sourced for me a cheap sash window with 100% wooden effect and feel like timber. The hard wear was cottage black like I wanted with the old traditional furniture.

The company is patient and song pressurise or jump you. My sash windows came after 5 weeks. So far so good, my tenants are happy and my whole shopfront looks refurbished. Special thanks to all the fitters as I believe all teams were hands on deck for a day fit.

I've currently placed an order to get all my windows and doors replaced. I was initially impressed by Mohammed's suggestion who came and answered all my queries exceptionally well. I could tell straight away he was honest, straightforward and very helpful with any query I had. I recently had a break in and had to replace my back French doors. Due to the current energy bills going up!

I decided to replace all my windows and upgrade the security of my front door too, to help offset any future costs and make the house a bit more eco friendly with A rated doors and Windows. The sales rep Mohammed seemed very empathetic and did his best on the price and took his time to give me all the options. I got the impression he is an upright man and actually is trying to help rather than upsell etc.

The surveyor (Matthias) came on time and was polite, respectful and conducted all his measurements etc in no time. I now can't wait for the installation and I will be recommending this company to any friends and family who are looking to replace their windows and doors. If I could give them 6 stars, I'd give them that with pleasure in terms of my experience so far :)

Recently spoke to an employee at this business and was really happy with how they operate and how efficient they are with my requests. Had some saash windows and wanted to keep the character of the house they look amazing in upvc. Would definitely recommend and cannot fault their service absolute ace.

I reached out to both Everest & Eaton, for a quote to replace 4 windows & the front door when I was in the process of buying my new house. Everest basically told me to come back to them when the sale was complete & were neither friendly nor interested in my business. Emma at Eaton, however, was so amazing & helpful. Since I didn't have easy access to the property, she asked me to send her the photos of the windows I wanted to replace.

With just that information, she gave me an initial quote, all the while telling me why certain upgrades were not suitable/necessary in my situation (instead of trying to upsell me!) and giving me patient & clear guidance on my options. Once I moved, she had an appointment booked in for me for measurements & sent chocolates as a housewarming present, with the gentlemen who came to measure the windows and door!

The initial quotes with the photographs were spot on & didn't change after the measurements were done in person. The guys who came to do the measurements were super lovely too, shout out to Mo & Anthony! Throughout the very stressful process of buying a house, moving & organising everything one needs for a new home, Emma & Eaton have been by far the easiest & least stressful part of the entire process.

My windows and door will be installed in the next couple of weeks & I will post an update for the actual materials, but I am so damn thrilled with the service I've received that I wanted to leave a review for that aspect now.

I had a old double glazed bedroom window replaced. Excellent price and service from a local company. Matt, installer did a great job, friendly, very knowledge and tidy. The work was done in less than 2 hours. High quality window, very happy with the installation. I would recommend Eaton home improvements to friends and family. Support your local business.

I have also placed an order to upgrade an old door to a composite one, excellent price quoted. Mo who does the property surveys is very knowledgeable and ensures the best quality windows are sourced. Mo is happy to talk through options for window and door designs and answer technical questions. Great customer service. Update to my review as I had a door installed by the same company.

This company installed a composite door and window above door (New frame and top light) as the old one was upvc over 20 years old. I had a bedroom window fitted by the same company so placed an order for the front door. Eaton home improvements kept to promises and pricing quoted to me. Mo the surveyor did an excellent job of explaining the different types of door available and also made me of aware of some the challenges they can face when installing new door in older properties.

The old upvc door was not installed very well so the plaster above door was coming off and strange noises would be heard on windy days. I specifically asked for Matt the installer to install the new door as he did a brilliant job last time on the bedroom window. Matt did an awesome job fitting the composite door and went through some issues he found and fixed example broken plaster above door.

The whole experience was great and my family are very happy with new door which is secure and modern Matt explained how to open and close the door. Cleaned up the rubble and took away the old door and frame. I plan to have further work done by Eaton as they are reliable, stick to timescales and prices quoted. First of all I would like to say I am a very hard person to please but when I say I am absolutely in love with my leaded windows that is an understatement. From the moment mo came to the time the windows were installed has been an absolute dream process. Everything was clearly explained, nothing was too much hard work for this brilliant team. Emma is an absolute angel she had the patient of a saint she is very very knowledgeable and knows her stuff she is very thorough and precise in her work, the whole team goes above and beyond to accommodate you.

Nothing is too much for this brilliant team I can not recommend these guys to you enough they have honestly blown me away with their customer care their after sales their commitment to delivering the absolute best and the end results are outstanding. The precision by which the fitting is done is second to none. The detailed finishing is brilliant and all credit goes to Anthony and his team they are the best in what they do and not only are they professional in everything they are an absolute joy to have around the house.

They clean and tidy up after each day leaving your house clean and tidy. Mo is on hand to answer any query and accomodates your every need. We recently had 3 windows and 2 doors installed by Eaton Home Improvements Absolute 5-star service from start to finish. The manager Emma particularly stood out - we had a lot of questions and not much time but she was so patient and worked with us to find the most suitable options. Nothing was too much trouble and she went through option after option with us until we were happy.

The fitters were also very professional - they arrived on time, laid dust sheets and made minimal mess. They ensured everything was left immaculate - even hoovering the carpets. We are every happy with the quality, service and cost would definitely recommend you to friendsand family, will be going back to them to get more Improvements done when funds allow!

Eaton home improvements have just installed french doors, a bi folding door and windows to my property. From the initial two way engagement to explain how our needs and expectations would be met; Eaton Home Improvements have been splendid. My windows and doors look marvellous. The quality of workmanship has been excellent and consistent throughout. Briefing on what was available and possible and how the price would increase was proposed with clarity.

Detailed explanations were offered with very reasonable with or without quote and price possibilities. The fitters happily answered any technical or fitting questions along the way. You could tell that they were highly experienced and believed in the quality and brand of items that they were fitting. Rain meant that there was a gap day between the two installation days but we were kept informed of both progress and the expected progress to follow. I would wholeheartedly recommend Eaton Home Improvements especially if youre on a budget, appreciate quality, want exceptional value and peace of mind.
