Rang 8.15 am door looked at for repair 11.30 fitters arrived in the afternoon.door repaired!.excellent service.cleared up spotless door never looked as good.polite workmen I had been trying get door repaired through other pvc experts.should have rang this company first I will be using them in the future. Cant praise them enough.quick efficient excellent.very happy customer

Needed someone to come and look at our front door that was failing to shut as we left the house. The problem was sorted within half an hour - all steps taken to rectify the problem without refitting the doors and advice given to maintain the mechanism of the door! Would recommend to anyone in need of their services.

I had a new back door and window fitted yesterday and they did a great job. Tom put my mind at ease and laid out all the options so I could choose what I needed. The fitting went really smooth and it has all been finished to a very high standard

I had eight windows and three doors replaced by Allan Lever. The new doors and windows look fantastic and the guys did a great job installing them with the minimum of disruption. 100% recommended.

Allan lever have replaced all the glass on the front of our property. The service was great and the two lads who fitted it all were absolutely fabulous and did an amazing job. We are over the moon with the result! Highly recommend.

Fantastic workmanship! I recently had 10 windows and a window convertion into French doors. I am absolutely delighted with the quality and workmanship from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble. The respect the guys gave my home whilst working was 1st class, cleaned and tidied every evening, you would never know they had been there. I needed relatively small job doing on my upvc bifold doors. The fella who installed them ignored my calls after weeks and weeks of trying. This company was professional, true to their appointment promises and the fella who did the work did a 1st class job! Thanks

Brilliant Job! if you want piece of mind where you want the job done right first time and to the highest standard possible then this is the place to go to. Back door was fitted on time as promised and to the highest standard possible. They also fixed my other door hinges at no extra cost. The fitters were also polite and friendly. If you go for the cheaper quote then you will most probably not get the quality of finish you want. i.e. neat silicone lines, no leaks and door actually closes and opens properly.

Then again, this wasn't the highest quote i got so price was competitive but decided to go with this company due to their excellent feedback and competitive price. They also cleared their mess so you don't have to worry about cleaning up after them, and they also took the old door away. Overall, a very positive experience and one of the best I've ever used. Keep up the good work!

I have previously used Allan lever for a number of jobs on my home, without any problems. Recently I needed another job doing. All I can say that this company has gone down the drain. I called into the shop& ask if they could give me a price for a door, they came measured up. Gave a price which was agreed, But they never came back with a job start date.

After having to contact the company on a number of occasions, again - no communication, it was clear that they didn't want the job are not interested in any small jobs under 1k. Obviously they must be to busy to turn down agreed / confirmed work, I will go elsewhere in future.

Alan Lever fitted a challenging shape back door with an odd angular window above. We are very happy with the quality of the composite door and fitting. The fitters were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We would most certainly recommend Alan Lever Windows and Door Bolton.

We've just had a new front door and garage side door fitted. Tom who I dealt with throughout was superb: polite, helpful and professional throughout. Fantastic service. Had new doors and a garage window. Extremely courteous men and cleaned up afterwards. Struggled to get someone to open up our kitchen window and put a new lintel in but they did it for me. We went away on holiday and was so pleased that it had been done when we got back and it was all nice and clean and tidy. Would most definitely recommend them. Will be getting in touch again soon for them to replace my internal doors. Thank you to everyone.

The staff members who came to repair (replace a broken cantilever hinge) on my window carried out the work in a very efficient and professional manner. Despite the work not being an easy task, they kept their composure and maintained an excellent sense of humour in a calm and effective manner. The task carried out was a complete success with outstanding workmanship and I am delighted to recommend them to anyone seeking either new windows, or as in my case, repairs to an existing window.

Have had new glass panes for the conservatory: they did an excellent job and great to deal with from my first call to completion. Both fitters were very professional and friendly. We were so impressed that have got them back to install new window frames. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, very pleased with the new door and very happy with customer care. Very pleasant, punctual and competent workmen. will use again. This review was posted 2 years ago, since then the seal around the new door has split. Apparently the sealant is only guaranteed for 12 months so I have had to get Ainsworth Windows to reseal the door.

Surely a composite door should not require refitting every 2 years. This really illustrates the point that reviews should be updated after a couple of years. So my initial review is edited to do not touch this company.
