All our Windows, Doors and Bi-Folding doors are made here in the North West on site in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester.

Having taken installation of our new double glazed windows we are extremely pleased with the price qouted, pleased with the quality of goods used and with Phil and Shaun the installation team. We cannot thank them enough for the service afforded to us by Astra Windows from receiving the price to the final installation. Had a few other companies come over to price up a new front door, I found them very expensive, arrogant and obnoxious, Astra gave me a good quote, found them very friendly, impressed with customer service from start to finish, I am absolutely delighted with my new door exactly what I asked for, I will definitely be recommending this company and will happily use them again in the future, thank you for not putting pressure on me and for doing a great job.

We decided over 20years ago to use this local company to repace all of our wiindows overa periond of time wenow have 100% of our house completed, recently we had an issue with a window handle without any hesitation the fitter was with us within a couple of days, even as thesnow fell, the problem was fixed in lessthan 10 minutes no call out fees just impecable customer service really happy that we chose a reliable local company. Strongly recommend Astra to anyone looking for a good price good job and excellent customer service, we believe they operate throughout the North West

Here's what you want to know about Astra's service: How much do they charge? - It depends on what you want, but they're competitive on price with all other local window and door companies. No deposit or payment is due until your installation is complete and you're satisfied with the results.
Do they do a good job? - Their fitters are a very rare breed - they take pride in their work! The surveyor does an accurate measure before Astra manufacture your windows or doors, using top quality A rated materials. The fitters take great care in fixing and sealing your units all round. The fitting and finish is top quality. They even hoover-up after they've finished! Are they qualified? - They provide highly skilled and experienced fitting teams, are FENSA registered which is the premier trade body which regulates UPVC and aluminium glazing and composite door companies.
Membership means that local authorities accept this as evidence that their installations meet building regulations. Your FENSA certificate, delivered after completion will be required by your buyer's solicitor if you ever decide to sell your house. Do they Guarantee their work? - They provide a 10 year insurance backed guarantee on all installations.
If in the unlikely event that Astra went out of business, this insurance would cover your installation. In summary - Astra Windows are a well run family business, that manufacture and fit top quality UPVC and aluminium windows and composite doors. I found them to be an excellent company to deal with. We've been incredibly impressed with Astra Windows ever since we bought our house. They've done all of our window and door replacements and have been excellent with bigger jobs, such as our downstairs bay, which required some additional thinking and planning. Always prompt, always fast and always reliable. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Thank you so much to Dave and the team. what an amazing job. we worried about having our windows done with all of the horror and cowboy stories you read. Dave was excellent from start to finish. no messing around starting with high prices and asking "the manager" for discounts. Just a very fair and reasonable price and an excellent quality product with Polite, promt and very experienced fitters. Perfect finish achieved, no mess and working in the heat wave too.

Having my own building company and surrounding yourself with first class tradesmen and suppliers is key to a successful business. Astra supply all my doors, windows and bi-folds and as such, are an important part of my company that brings me the success I've achieved. From the measuring service, the shop floor workers, the delivery and installation, the remedial team and all the office staff everything is run to a very high standard. Timescales and delivery are always met allowing me to concentrate on other aspects of the job.
