Services
All you need is a flat-headed screwdriver, a Phillips head screwdriver and a 5mm Allen key. After removing the plastic covering of the hinge, simply insert an Allen key and turn clockwise to adjust to your required height. To lift the door, you'll need to adjust all three hinges. Make sure you turn the Allen key until the door begins to pull back towards the hinge side of the door frame.

AVOID! Conservatory fitted 18 months ago and leaks every time there is heavy rain! We have had various call outs and even the team have admitted that the work is "embarrassing" despite another call out a fortnight ago - still not water proof! I've paid for redecorating numerous times, has ruined my carpet and foot stall, plaster fell off. the list goes on. The owner refuses to contribute towards the damages, unfortunately I have to take Court action - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

I'd never hired a window installer before so I wasn't sure who to choose or where to go. Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended Windoworld as they'd done great work on his house for years. I'm glad I picked them as I couldn't be happier with the new windows, was exactly what I had been looking for and quite below the top-end of my budget threshold as well. I would happily recommend Windoworld for anyone looking for double glazed windows.

We had full window and door replacement, from the initial consultation with Adrian through to the window installation, windows world couldn't have been more helpful, kept us fully informed with the production times etc, and considering we were dealing with a World wide pandemic the turn around was faster than expected. Windows and door look absolutely amazing, fitting was mess free, and the gentleman who fitted the windows were professional and polite. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for windows and doors.

Poor company. I held back 500 of a 5k job because i wasn't happy with a few bits with the full intention of paying when problems were rectified. They turned up telling me to pay the money now or they would take the front door off. A year later when i was getting some work done which exposed the ceiling, it revealed they had sawn through a joist when fitting the front door.we invited them out to show them.
They turned up but never heard from them again. Don't fall for the charms of the salesman. Never heard from him again once problems occured. The owner said, 'how was he supposed to know. He's only a salesman.' Avoid at all costs.

Had a conservatory built and completed in 2019. It wasn't long before it started leaking. We have had them out several times to rectify this fault. We are still waiting for this to be done, however because of the 3-4 times that they have supposed to have fixed it without any success. We have lost complete confidence in this company. So if your'e looking for a way to waste 1,000's of pounds then I recommend using Windowworld.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ROGUES I ordered a new window and door from Window World in September 2019 and paid 10% deposit. After several weeks, they called me to say that the window and door were ready for installation and we agreed an installation date and time. A day to the agreed date they called me to cancel, stating that they did not realise the street had restricted parking.
This is even though they had been to the property on two occasions. They suggested a Saturday for the fitting and we agreed on a date and time. On the appointed day, they failed to show up and did not call. I called the office four times that Saturday and there was no answer, office was closed. The following Monday I called the office and they claimed they attended but no one answered the door.
The tenant was at home all day waiting for them and did not hear a knock. We later agreed another day, a Friday for the fitting. On the appointed Friday, they turned up proceeded to remove the old window and door and then called me demanding payment and threatened that if I did not pay they will stop work, leaving the already removed door and window and leave.
I refused to be forced into paying them for an unfinished job. The contract I signed with them said payment was due on completion. They later carried on with the work and installed the window and door. They then facetimed me to see what they had done demanding payment again. I queried the type of lock they had installed on the door which did not meet fire regulations.
My query upset them and they misunderstood my query as reluctance or refusal to pay. Without any attempt to offer meaningful resolution to the issue I raised they took off the door and window they installed and left with them, leaving the property without a door and window. This left the tenants (a couple and their baby) in a flat without a door and a window. This type of company should not be allowed to carry on in this manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ROGUES. I have used Window World to replace all my doors and windows and have found them a real pleasure to deal with. The work has been carried out to a high standard, from the initial consultation with Adrian to the fitters. There was a slight problem with. fitting my new front door owing to the fact that my cottage is old and wonky but they coped with it with good humour and everybody has said how great the door looks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, in fact I already have.
