. - although there was lots of contact during the sales process, once our job was commissioned and I raised concerns it was impossible to ge the company to respond to my emails or have a phone conversation. The customer service is beyond poor - an upstairs window was fitted on the wonk. This is truly unacceptable. The window fitters fitted it tilted, completely offline and tilted front to back.

Our builders on site could not believe the quality of the fitting and told me they had never seen anything like it before. - the finishing of the windows with sealant was a mess. Looking at the windows in situ with messy sealant onto the brickwork was very disappointing after the time taken to install the windows. It was a rushed and sloppy job The installation manager agreed the quality of work done was not of a good standard and needed replacing to bring the job up to the quality expected.

We had to wait around 6-8 weeks for this to be re sealed. - a survey was conducted by the company prior to fitting which confirmed the French doors could be fitted. After fitting the lintel dropped and doors could not be opened. Clearly the survey should have picked this up and this was an issue for our brickwork on front wall which was dropping with no lintel support.

Despite calling and emailing (my emails were ignored) it took more than 6 weeks for the company to come and fix this - the window lateches were fitted poorly meaning we could not lock shut some windows with the handles, and again, had to request for the job to be done again. We would have expected window fitters to test latches and ensure they work as part of their role in fitting windows

Handles started to fall apart. They refused to do anything. Update.now the windows are coming out of the frames. This company refuses to honour their guarantee. They've just changed their name. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Nearly every window in my house was installed by this company, they took thousands of pounds for this work. I recently contacted them about a fault that had developed with one of the handles meaning a window couldn't be opened and shut. They didn't care. They said since they were a new company it was nothing to do with them - despite my 10 year guarantee! Avoid at all costs, if you don't it will cost you.

The windows are ok but there are better companies out there and a lot cheaper than Wholesale. I had a few glazing units fail within the guarantee and guess what the old company "went bust" so they don't have to replace.

Please look at my original review on this terrible company. After asking for faults to be resolved (under guarantee) on a conservatory installed by this company and being told IT WOULD BE PUT RIGHT! We were fobbed off until being told that we would have to pay for repairs. A reply was posted to my review saying they were sorry and to email them - well NO!

I have been communicating for months and it was clear they were not going to accept blame. The Companies House paper trail shows the company has gone into liquidation (not for the first time) in November 2020. Strange that this company reply made no mention of this or are they now trading under another "WHOLESALE WINDOWS" name or derivative of?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Installed two rock doors in 2012, caught them using the rotten timbers from the previous door as part of the new installation. Had them back out to sort, then they used wrong size timbers meaning it couldn't be made good afterwards. Sorted it myself and did a better job than these c0wboys. Then 7 years into a 10 year guarantee the double glazed unit they installed failed. Came out to measure up, didn't hear anything for months, blamed Covid etc, finally they said we're not doing it as we're a new company.

The old one went into liquidation, this despite the same name, same c0wboys, same location, same website, living of the past 20 years of serving the Wirral community. Quick search on social media/google and they've left a trail of misery and destruction. Ours was only a small job, I really feel for those that have been let down for thousands. There's better locally and cheaper.

What a joke this company is! We paid thousands for a conservatory that came with a 10 year guarantee. When two units failed 6 years into the guarantee, we naively thought the guarantee would cover this. After many, many phone calls and being fobbed off for what is now 4 months of politely asking for action, we have been told that Wholesale Windows had gone into liquidation in 2017 - and yet it appears the same directors are running a company of almost the same name from the same premises and with the same telephone number but would NOT honour the guarantee which was signed by the present director. We were told they would do the remedial work but it would cost us almost 300! My advice - Take your business elsewhere.

We had two windows and back door fitted to our cottage in Chester. The quality of the oak coloured windows and door as well as the fitting was excellent! Chris was proffessional in his manner, workmansip! I've sent pictures before and after to the company and I would highly recommend them for the quality of their products and Chris for fitting!

Just had all windows and door replaced, I cannot fault this firm, good service from all involved. Quality and finish are perfect, delivered and fitted on the date given. Paul the fitter has a fantastic work ethic works very hard and takes pride in his work, kept me informed about everything. Very clean tidy worker bet he's head hunted! Credit ++ Second time I have used this firm. Thank you Sheila.

Recommend this company from start to finish. Price was excellent for 9 windows and one door. Work was outstanding by Chris who did the lot by himself. Friendly.tidy. And very neat finishing. He is a credit to the company Well done

We have a southerly facing conservatory. Basically, we were sold a replacement glass roof, on the principle (according to Wholesale Window's rep) that our conservatory would be ".warmer in the winter & cooler in the summer.". Recently (& fortunately a the start of the current good weather), we had to get another company in to supply roof blinds, having already installed a new radiator for the winter.

Although the product was professionally installed (their main installation guy is a star!) & provides a lot more natural light, it certainly doesn't meet the expectations against what we were sold! Very, very disappointed!

Extremely pleased with the service we received. An excellent price and fitted 2weeks after ordering. Had 8 windows and 1 door fitted over 1 1/2 days by two extremely professional fitters. Everywhere was left clean and tidy when they had finished. They worked right through without a break, wouldn't even stop for a cup of tea! Had used Wholesale windows before and will definitely use them again. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Very disappointed with this company. Fitting took several appointments to complete despite the fact it should have taken only one day. Incorrect locking mechanism fitted and was not the one I had ordered and paid for. Salesman informed me that the work carried a full 10 year guarantee. However, he failed to mention that this did not include locks and handles.

This equates to miss selling of the product. It took several email requests to actually receive my receipt for payment and my guarantee. Turns out they had been posted to the wrong address. Several weeks on and another couple of emails, I am still awaiting the hard copies of the paperwork to reach my home address. Will never recommend or use this company again

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows. Colin and Paul were honestly the best most dedicated workmen I have ever come across. Paul especially was a Ninja. Never stopped working the whole time, with real professionalism and dedication. A perfectionist who really does get job satisfaction from a job well done. I could not recommend Wholesale Windows more highly, and am so glad I did not go elsewhere!

Sales process was great fitting was good (very little mess), We have had to call service team out 3 times to sort french doors to be told that "doors not made to be left open". that wasn't even the problem! That's 3 days off work. I had recommended them to my brother who had French doors a window and garage doors fitted - my brother was here when service manager Andy called and it regretting his decision. I need three new windows and told Andy that concerned using them again - he said "that's your choice" - he didn't even try to save the business.
