Perfect Windows

ORDER NOT DELIVERED. I would give zero stars if I could. Initial impressions were great and Oliver in Sales was responsive and helpful. French doors ordered in late March with an estimated completion date of 9 May have not arrived and despite a month of chasing for updates I have been fobbed off with ludicrous excuses like there is no way for customer services to contact the manufacturing team other than by email and no one has responded. I see that others who placed orders in the last 4-5 months have had the same experience.

Such poor service. The windows should have arrived a month ago but still no sign. They are also charging us extra for bicolour doors, but these will make the process take an extra month, we can't have a refund for single colour doors. The service is poor, they take no accountability. I would not recommend them.

Do not use this company. Customer service is non existent; windows ordered in December with a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks have still not arrived. We are now being told maybe May. No date given. No one will give us an explanation, a straight answer or an apology. Avoid.

Konrad from PCW is a very good sales and relationship management staff member who went out of his way to help us take measurements and advice on the best fit and style. The experience with PCW has been wonderful so far! I would go as far to say that without Konrad I may not have placed the order with PCW, as he makes all the difference in the customer experience. I placed my order this week, so will post another review post installation.

Terrible service, I'm was planning to change my house windows so I have sent them an email with all the dimentions and pictures of the windows that I need to change they were 8 windows in total, I went to the showroom in Park Royal and I meet Julian, we discussed all the options then we left waiting for the quote, we didn't get any respond so I give them a call, they told that Julian on annual leave but I can try to call him which he did not answer, I called back and sent the same information to Klaudia and I didn't get the quote from her I called back then Oliver told me that Klaudia on the annual leave also so I sent the same information to Oliver and quess what I DID NOT GET the QUOTE YET! it's almost two weeks now, So if they are not able to handel a quote properally so how they will handel the windows, I think they are unreliable so I've decide to share my experince with them

Had windows installed a week ago and have to say from the first phone call to installation I couldn't fault the company and team. The quality is great, attention to detail and workmanship was faultless. The head of install even turned up unannounced to check on progress of the install and ensure all ran smoothly as my window setting wasn't the easiest to deal with. Oh and having researched and rang round and had countless quotes, their price point was very reasonable. Would recommend. Thanks guys!

Konrad from PCW is quite literally a dream to work with. I spoke with a number of different window companies before choosing to go with PCW and the experience with them so far has been absolutely wonderful. My windows have not yet been installed (as they have just been order) so I will post another review when that has happened, but the order process was absolutely brilliant and Konrad really went above and beyond to help us find the right fit. We replaced all our windows in the house and are so pleased with the outcome. The service from start to finish was outstanding! Thank you to Damian Kolodziej and especially to the fitters, Sebastian and Adam. They were professional and efficient. They are the dream team :-

I requested a window repair 8 years after it was installed. The team was professional and efficient. I am very happy with the service! The window is very nicely fixed now.

From our first inquiry, showroom visit, through to survey, quick manufacturing times and installation, it's been a first class and professional service throughout. We are hoping to replace our upstairs windows later this year and will be contacting PCW again for the next phase of our project.
