Had all my windows in the flat replaced, including a balcony with door. There were some problems, however they were rectified with no issues or quibbles. Couldn't be happier with the customer service, fitters and the quality of the install. Would use again and recommend to others.

Brilliant job at my Mums house in Kent. She was completely and utterly stunned by the new french windows and the front door is beautiful. The fitters were thoughtful towards my elderly Mother and very tidy too! Lovely company and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you.

I was in need of some dg units replacing due to age and air pellet damage! My order was relatively small but I was dealt with patiently and and received the competitive quote smartly. Installation went smoothly and I was very happy with the finished windows. The house got a face-lift. Thanks.

No pushy sales whatsoever, cheapest out of all of our quotes and a local firm too. Very efficient, quality work and always at the end of a phone for questions etc. We had a conservatory roof replaced and the job completed has transformed our house. Couldn’t be happier (and I’m fussy).

After using some of the bigger companies when I was renovating houses full time, whose service and fitting were awful, WP have been a breath of fresh air.

Fair price for great service. It was bad weather when we had our installation done and the fitters went out of their way to minimise the inconvenience and cold for us. Recommend.

WindowPlan have just fitted some shaped windows for us. We had 2 circles, 2 arch shaped windows and an oval. Alongside this work, they also replaced a porch for us. The fitter was excellent and cared about his work, he was very tidy and did a fabulous job. I'm pretty sure that square windows are much easier to measure up and fit than our difficult shapes, but they are perfect. I would recommend WindowPlan in a heartbeat - on time, to the quote, excellent product and fabulous fitter.

Window plan was used to replace damaged souls doors contracted by a third party. The doors and fitting were ok. BUT! There was some additional cost to be paid by myself. I requested many times by phone / email to their finance lady that I required some guarantee paperwork for blinds and doors. She repeatedly said I will sort it once the outstanding monies are paid.

I paid it promptly and never heard anymore even after giving her and window plan yet another call. I feel that I have been duped. Never mind you live and learn AGAIN. Window plan - either fulfil your duties and improve your promises. Or you will loose business.

Hi Tony, Thank you for prompt warrant replacement of our window, well known law says it had to be largest window in house but no quibble from you or suggestion of repair, replaced within two weeks. I'm more than happy to recommend you to anyone, given level of service received.

I have been using WP for the last decade and spent circa 18k on various properties. Until recently I was always happy with the service. My latest experience though was less than satisfactory. This is not a criticism of pricing or workmanship but customer handling. On one order (two part), after requesting a knocker with spy hole this was missed. After proving with my original email request, the job was completed.

My tenants had to be available for a second appointment, much to their displeasure, which I had to manage. At my personal address, an appointment was booked only to be cancelled midday. A day off work was wasted. I requested a priority second date that was not available and so got a third date when the work was completed. This time, a ventilation slat was missed.

I reported this on the day, again having to prove I requested it with an email. After making three phonecalls and emailing, after around a week I got a reply regarding the situation. So, just over 4k spent, a day's wages gone, dealing with a complaining tenant and the prospect of booking another day off work I was then told I had to fork out 18 for the ventillation slat WP missed.

In the grand scheme of things with the money I have spent I would have expected the ventillation slat to have least been offered as a good will gesture. The money is nominal, it is simply the principal. Genuinely disappointed I had to post this but companies need to remember that contracts of all revenue sizes count and client loyalty should be valued.

We are over the moon with the transformation of our house by the new doors and windows fitted by Windowplan.
Seemingly powered by nothing but tea, Ian the fitter worked like a Trojan in freezing conditions over two long days to complete the works in a timely manner. He was courteous and polite, removed all waste and left the site clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for more. Recommended.

We've used WindowPlan a few times over the past few years, most recently to fit new doors at my in-laws house. Because of my Father-in-law's dementia, we needed the job done over two days, while he was out of the house, to cause him as little distress as possible. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in doing so. The product quality was at least as good as anywhere else I've come across, if not better and the standard of fitting excellent.

WindowPlan responded quickly to my requirements and the job was done to my satisfaction by professional fitters who did an excellent installation and then cleaned up afterwards. 10 out of 10. I would recommend WindowPlan

Have used Windowplan to install two sets of patio doors a year ago. Excellent follow up customer service: friendly, quick and professional. Used them recently again to install new cat flap unit (inculding new window). Very pleased again. The company is clearly strongly focused on quality of workmanship and customer service.
