Well, after getting a quote for a new Conservatory we thought this was really expensive but wanted to meet with Michael Duffy to understand how we can make changes without affecting quality of end product but get the price down. We have sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls and nobody is ever in contact with us. After waiting 6 weeks for an exorbitant quote I am afraid I cannot recommend this company as we can't ever get hold of someone to help us. Their reviews on Facebook also leaves one with little confidence in them.

First stage all good, no problem with communication, no hard sell. Professional service, let's hope the standard remains this high

I've used Fineline to fit the windows and doors in three of my previous homes. The first order being placed over 30 years ago. It's good to see their standards and quality have not only been maintained but have improved in all that time.

Tony did our windows and front door - he did an excellent job, left everything really clean and tidy. It looks great, would definitely recommend asking Tony to do your main work.

He is clearly a very experienced salesman, and we were impressed with his expert knowledge of all aspects of the sector, from the technical to the wider commercial context, and his ability to explain it clearly, articulately and in a balanced way helped to convince us that in choosing FineLine we have made the right choice for our particular needs.

Currently awaiting installation but so far I have experienced excellent customer service. Howard who gave me the quote was not salesy or pushy and very friendly. So far would definitely recommend! Update - have now had windows and doors installed. Fitters were very friendly and kept house clean and tidy. Windows and doors look great!

Very thorough process from the beginning to installation. Howard was very approachable and accessible and explained the process clearly including finance aspects and installation. Scott visited to do the survey with a very quick turn around time and was very organised with ensuring the documentation was recieved and signed. Installation has had a few delays, running overtime by a couple of days and that's the reason for 4 stars.

Absolutely fabulous company, have used them for windows and doors for any new home we move to. Would definitely recommend, there is no hard sell from them and the price they quote is always reasonable. Have always been very happy with them. We have now moved to a new home and have today had our quote from a very nice Sales Consultant; Graham Warr.

Parents house had a full refurbishment in April 2018 initially there was no problem the windows looked good and seemed like they were fitted well. By January 2020 we had contacted FineLine to replace and repair multiple windows across the house, my parents have been strung on being told to wait for phone calls that don't come and emails which they have had to chase up on time and time again being strung along.

For over a year it has been delay after delay with excuse after excuse, we finally get a date that the repairs are going to happen 5th of May 2021 on the day were expecting the repairs to take place we get a phone call saying they do not have the windows in the depot and to expect more delays. My parents spent a lot of money on the refurbishments and at this point nearly a third of them have some issue or other some of which are pretty major, avoid this company at all cost.

Wasted my time. Salesman attitude was very poor. Liked to use the phrase "the problem is" & told me absolute rubbish about building regs. He seemed to try & put me & my husband off even through the consultation & didnt even give us a quote as promised twice after chasing 6 weeks ago. Clearly dont want our custom or our money! Would never consider using again in my life!.

Good quality conservatory. Fitted on time. Fineline's own fitting team. After sales service good ( relating to minor leak at wall junction.so building works, .not the conservatory)
