Window Medic

Never turned up for booked appointment. No phone call. Phoned and was told lady would speak to 'Terry' and get back to me. That was a few weeks ago. Guess they just don't want the business. Just plain bad manners.

We needed a sealed unit with a hole for a cat flap and fitting of the cat flap, also a replacement window unit and new front and back door locks, handles and letter box. The service we got from everyone concerned, Terry, Carl, Eleanor etc. was absolutely exceptional. Would definitely recommend, in fact we have ordered a new bathroom window as we were so pleased with the result and ultimately the service received.

If I could give no stars I would. Was supposed to come this morning to fix a broken window. I waited in all morning and nobody turned up. Not even a phone call. I will go elsewhere now

These doors had been troubling us for ages and we'd tried lots of approaches. Terry came and spent some time and worked miracles. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. They do not communicate well (I tried phone and email) and they did not turn up for an appointment.

Would give 0 star if I could. Wish I had read the reviews. Terry seems knowledgeable but also seems uninterested in sending quotes for repairs or even doing repair jobs. After chasing the firm a couple of times, I'm told Terry now feels he is unable to help. Wasted a month waiting for that reply. Business not recommended.

These guys REALLY know their stuff. The Technician - Terry - is a genuine skilled joiner, skills you just don't see elsewhere these days. With 40 years experience this gentleman is extremely impressive. He actually knows everything there is to know about this type of work. He and his assistant resolved 3 issues at a property for me in record time and they weren't minor issues. I'd recommend Terry to anyone. And they're not greedy with their pricing either. Absolutely delighted with everything. Definitely a 5 star service.

We received very good service. We had to make an emergency call out due to our patio doors not being able to lock. Window medic came out to us straight away and fixed the problem and also fixed another part of the door without me having to ask. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

Window Medic appears to be a one-man band: everything depends on 'Terry', and where Terry isn't (which seems to be most places) we have the proverbial headless chicken. One of our windows was detaching from its frame and we needed an urgent repair. We were told it would take ten days, but we decided to take the risk. They cancelled just before the time, giving us another appointment, days later, which was also cancelled at the last minute.

We made numerous calls to the office (if it is an office) and the polite if ineffective staff kept intoning, 'But didn't Terry call you?' Eventually persistence paid off and Terry came round. To his credit, he seemed to know what he was about, made a temporary repair, didn't charge us for it, and promised to return and do a proper job for 120. Except he didn't, and we were again given the runaround.

Window Medic appears to rank among those Norwich tradespeople who give the rest a bad name. What's needed is a licensing system where those who fail regularly to do agreed work in good time should lose their licence. If that were the case Window Medic would undoubtedly be struck off.

I have used Window Medic in the past and was impressed by their service. However this time my experience is very different. I guess it is because my job is too small. I've been messed around and now they are not getting back to me. Thankfully one of their competitors has completed the work and to a high standard. I'll use them in future! I

I spoke to Terry earlier today who was very supportive and accommodating with someone who has had a lot of stress and anxiety following a break-in amongst other things. It was a complex situation and Window Medic provided outstanding customer service throughout.
