We placed an order in Sep, the glass was taken for repair in Oct, we were promised an installation in Dec - and we're in Feb now and still haven't received anything. Concerningly, we've been ghosted - countless emails go unanswered, it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you do, they say they don't know and will come back asap, and never do. At a loss as to how to proceed.

Beautiful double glazed panes for my new bathroom. Geoff Penny is friendly, helpful with design ideas, set clear expectations on delivery times and stuck to them. This is the second time I've commissioned windows and I shall certainly use them again. (Until I run out of available windows!)

Chase windows (Gary Woodhatch) bought Budget windows changed the name to Element and then shutdown Chase leaving lots of customers with No guarantees, ongoing works and stolen deposits. If you go to Google reviews for Element windows in Hoddesdon you will see it's the same address, staff and showroom.

We always use Tenby & Penny for there beautiful stained glass on our projects. There glass work is outstanding and the service is top class, highly recommend.

This company appears to have gone out of business, taking our deposit money with them. We have been unable to contact them via website, email or telephone. We should have known something was wrong when the windows we were promised in 4-6 weeks didn't materialise. Kept ringing them and someone promised we'd be called back, but we never were. We have given the company one star as it's impossible to write a review without allocating a star. If we could allocate negative stars, they'd get as many as possible.

Having taken months for this company to visit our school site to provide a quotation for one replacement specialist window, I confirmed the order at the beginning of January 2020. For the last 6 weeks I have been asking for an installation date of this one window. However, they have failed to respond to two emails, 6 telephone calls (all of which I have been told are marked URGENT and for someone to call back). They do not give name of CEO or contact details for them.

Great customer service! Hopefully I wont break any glass anytime soon but whenever I do. I'm going back there!

Company was commissioned to install an 8 m wide, floor to ceiling set of patio sliders and to also install a front door plus glass side panel for a project. The install was sadly very much flawed and required doors for patio to be taken down and refitted. During this process the doors and glass sustained damages throughout as these were placed unprotected on the grounds of a building site.

I was offered a 'glass doctor' to remedy these initial cosmetic defects and promised the doors will be 'as good as new'. It was clear that the doors were not just cosmetically flawed however, but incorrectly installed as water was penetrating in and doors rattle with wind gusts. The company has sadly failed to make good any of these issues. 1 year on the paint correction on patio doors had changed colour and texture. Parts of the patio doors continue to come. The front door has parts coming off also and cracks are appearing on the front panel. Chase were called again but I was just fobbed off.

My living room door has glass panels and 2 were broken accidentally. The glass was hard to match and I contacted several companies who gave me quotes of over 300.00 and then I was recommended this small company who quoted me half almost half what anyone else was quoting. They worked hard to find the right glass, the work was just done this morning and the glass is a perfect match.

The fitters were polite and did a great job with no fuss. Everything from the communication with Kirsty to the fitters was fantastic so from my experience I would recommend their services to anyone.

Thank you for a very quick response to our request to mend our 1930s leaded door window light. It looks as good as new and was fitted very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful stained glass windows, exquisite craftsmanship. Future Unit design means the lead isn't encased in glass, but actually on the outside and still double glazed. Currently on my 3rd order in 8 months, they've transformed my house.

Very helpful and creative a lot cheaper than other stained glass places (but still not cheap)

Good product, good fitters, fantastic salesman. All let down by the Head Office, where no one has ever heard the words "customer service". Even when I told them so no one had the sense to make an apology. They must think their job just consists in taking people's money. So I cannot recommend them - plenty of other companies around, they are not worth the annoyance they cause
