Everbrite

I had a good experience with this company around 10 years ago so thought I'd try them again to install a new window and door for me. They were able to book the installation quite quickly which was good but I felt the sales person was really pushy, calling often just to secure a deposit. Once I gave the deposit he pretty much washed his hands of me.

On the day of the installation the fitters started demanding money before they would leave. Sadly the installation was very poor and now there are gaps at the top of the window / door which is collecting water. Since I have already paid the company just doesn't care at all. It's almost impossible to call them because no one ever picks up - I called numerous times, left voicemails, sent about 5-6 emails.

So far they haven't done anything. They keep saying they will send an engineer to check - but nothing, they didn't even leave the keys for the window. I'm really surprised how poor this company is now which is a shame. I've arranged for an inspector to make an independent report so that I can get a refund as I am officially fed up of chasing Everbrite to fix the issue.

A member of staff was harrassing me at the sainsburys petrol station in enfield at 9am on 10 Sept. He expected me to move out of his way so he could get petrol but I was in front of him in the queue and could not move because I had started filling up. He shouted at me and tried to block my car so I could not get out of the petrol station. I would not let anyone with that bad attitude near my windows

I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience with Everbrite. This started with the Salesman Nick who was not only patient (we took 18 months to get round to ordering), definitely not pushy and also helped us to make the right choice. Then came the customer service, taking into consideration our choice of times to have the windows fitted, informing us what to expect, what they'd like us to do in preparation and even recommending we asked questions whist the fitters were with us.

We've just had the windows installed by two fantastic blokes (Brad & Mike) who couldn't do enough. They turned up when they said they would (should be a pre-requisite but if you've ever had workmen in your house you'll understand), didn't once get annoyed by questions, happy to ask us if this or that was ok and have done a brilliant job, the windows look amazing.

No mess, no damage anywhere and even managed to adjust our front door that had sagged a little. Can't rate these guys highly enough. Over all I would thoroughly recommend Everbrite, certainly got everything we hoped for.

1 star is too much. They are liars. People out there a company that been going so long with only a handful of reviews should be an eye opener. So if you want unfinished work and property damage then they are your guys!

I highly recommend this company. I have just had very high quality new windows, shutters and blinds installed by a highly skilled Everbrite fitter who is friendly and professional. I am absolutely delighted with their work. Everbrite staff are not only professional, but also prompt, courteous, keep the place tidy and clear up thoroughly when they've finished. I will be definitely be contacting them without any hesitation for my next installment.

When a director of the company hangs up on you as you are explaining the problems caused by them it says it all. May 2019 - The comment response from Stefan several days ago came as a surprise as I had received no further correspondence since May 2017 hence the first paragraph I posted above. Unsurprising is the fact that despite leaving staff two phone messages in the last four days inviting Stefan to call me about his comments I have had NO RESPONSE which suggests little change in attitude and that the comments were purely PR lip service to promote a caring and professional after sales image in the reviews.

So be aware that on top of the issues I initially reported back to no avail but including windows without factory prepared trickle vents that were on my Everbrite confirmation paperwork and paid for. I subsequently discovered that two original failed Everbrite glass units in a three panel window were replaced by them with glass units that have a blue colour tint in the glass instead of the original green tint as is the unchanged centre glass panel and the other window in this room.

So when viewing through the whole three glass window think of it as wearing a pair of sun glasses with one lens with a warm tint hue and the other with a cool tint hue. I hope most people find this informative.

Having never had the experience of replacing windows and doors in my previous properties, I was more than impressed with the team at Everbrite. From the sales, survey, office and installers, it was a very professional and tidy job from start to finish and I am delighted with my new windows and doors.

I have just had windows fitted and a conservatory added to my house from this company and it was a great experience from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, informative and helpful and the fitters were cheerful and polite, tidying up and ensuring I was happy with the service. I used Everbrite to fit my conservatory, all my windows and a set of bi-folding doors, fitter men was lovely, sales man was lovely, no complaints. just what a fantastic job they done, I would defo recommend this company, never had a problem once, always quick to help and solve a issue, brilliant service.

This company is the best. The products are what they say. Had windows and doors installed. And was thrilled. And the staff are great they clean up after the job is complete. Give the credit. We are so happy thanks to everbright.
