Went with family and friends recommendations and contacted Prestige and emailed them over the design of the porch I was interested in from the solidor range and requested a quote. Arranged a time that was suitable for me and he was more than generous to accommodate Very professional, knowledgable and punctual. He explained the whole process and all technicalities and improved my original design on his site visit. Took the measurements and came back with a quote.

The whole process was so easy and simple. They came on the day they said they would at the time they said. They did a fantastic job looked exactly how I had pictured it. Very professional and have received so many complements. They also helped me out with some large glass panels for my internal full height doors which were very hard to source due to the shortages in materials at the moment but Vin did an exceptional job in sourcing the units and Sonu and his team were fantastic in fitting and adjusting the doors. Fully recommend these guys. Very professional, great communication, excellent workmanship and manners and so organised.

Been dealing with Vim at Prestige. I'd describe Prestige Windows as nothing short of daylight robbers. My family ordered windows last year and expected them to be completed in August 2021. We are still left will half of our house incomplete despite numerous promises, after promises after promises. Vim gives us excuse after excuse, mostly ludicrous.

We have taken days off work as we're given failed dates for the windows to be fitted. They even call us to ask for the rest of the money despite not completing the work. It is daylight robbery. We are still waiting. These people are incredibly dishonest. I would certainly not recommend having your money, time and trust being exploited by these cowboys headed up by Vim.

This company should be ashamed. They started double glazing on our house in August 2021 and it is now March 2022 and there is no sign of a completion. We are left with a freezing kitchen and gaps that need to be filled. Constant promises that they will return to finish the work, weeks have turned into months and we have taken time off work on several occasions only for them not to turn up.

They have the nerve to ask for the money for work that is incomplete and likely to not be completed. They have caused so much stress to our family not to mention elderly family members having to stay in a cold house due to the incomplete work, truly appauling and would really not recommend this company to anyone.

Dealt with Kam at Prestige who supplied and installed new uPVC windows to my whole house and windows/door to my new porch and also installed a new composite door as a second door. There were slight production delays to the composite door but this was Solidor's issue and not Prestige. Kam was easily reachable to chase and keep me updated. I'd like to make a special mention for Sonu who did the installation for our porch and he was excellent. Great guy who goes above and beyond the minimum and ensures complete satisfaction. He deserves a pay rise : Thank you.

Contacted Prestige windows, spoke to Vim regarding changing some windows. Vim came around same day measured up and price was good too. Windows fitted within 4 weeks. Good quality windows and finish. Thank you Vim and team.

Had front doors done from these guys and 2 years later the patterns on the double glaze window started steaming up fron the inside and they would not change it. I highly Would not recomend this place.

It was my first time using Prestige, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Kam was very professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, and the fitters were extremely good at what they do. They left us with top quality windows, fitted brilliantly, and a tidy home! I used Prestige Windows & Windows over 10years ago to fit a second front door and was happy with the service and quality of the materials. I have just had bedroom and kitchen bay windows fitted and still impressed with service and quality. Vim sorted me out with the service of the old doors by replacing old handles. Will defo recommend to friends and family.

I have used this company numerous times and they have never failed to impress me. Its not just their products or their can do attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile. Vim is my point of contact, but the other guys are just as good and he is one of the best sales person I have come across and works with your timeframe. The finish is excellent

26.04.21 - Beautiful bifold doors. High quality aluminium and very smooth. Old french doors were heavy and very drafty. Kam and Prestige have replaced all the doors windows, including the loft, in our house. First class service, competitive prices and great after care too. Highly recommend Kam and Prestige. I'm a landlord in East Ham and Barking with a few properties. I can always rely on Prestige if I need old windows changed or upgraded in my properties. Also, Vin at Prestige is always at hand to help me out and provides personal customer service to me whenever I need help. They are a popular and busy company, but surprisingly very competitive on pricing too, so I never go anywhere else as I know they'll give me a good deal.

We are very happy with the finish and the quality of the Windows and Door. We were a bit skeptical in the beginning as their price was all most half from what we received from Angila and Crystal Windows. We strongly recommend them. Thank you guys.

We used Prestige Windows & Doors after a family recommendation. They provide an unmatched service, at a price very hard to beat. Kam came over to visit and was huge help with the design and specification, great guy and very professional. Fitting service that followed (on Xmas eve!) was outstanding, fitters were great - super friendly and helpful. They noticed a small stain on the inside of the glass, and would not take payment for the balance until they returned the following week to change out the glass. Cannot recommend enough, will no doubt be using them for future work and recommending to family and friends. Thanks a million gents.
