Always try to buy local and absolutely was not disappointed. Was given a good price from the offset for 10 windows and a set of french doors, never felt I was being taken advantage of or pressured in any way. The quality of the product fitted was excellent as was the fitting by Andy and Dan plus some back up on day 4. There were some challenges in the fitting that were worked around in a realy professional way. In all 100% satisfaction cant say better than that. would absolutely recommend and use again.

C & L changed all of my old double glazing with triple glazing including some windows with integral blinds. They did an awesome job both in terms of the quality of the products and the service to fit them. The only downside to dealing with them was the Surveyor was an idiot and caused a lot of issues by being stupid and having zero ability to talk to a customer.

I was going to give a very low review based on him but thought it wasn't fair to the rest of the company who did an outstanding job. Would and have recommended to family/friends & neighbours.

Excellent service! We have been putting off having our windows changed for fear of pushy sales, it didn't happen from first going into the showroom then getting quote, which was emailed through, giving us time to go over it at our leisure. Always so helpful on phone when I had queries and changed my mind about window style and door colour! Work has been completed today so pleased it looks amazing. What a fantastic team! Accepted a quotation and paid a deposit to only receive an email requesting an additional 5000 as the company omitted to see how our property was built. The customer service was extremely disappointing ( we would have expected a call for such a large additional amount of money) We have requested our deposit back. Such a shame!
