I've posted a review on CW that they were not a good company. Since my review I have resolved my issues and I am a very happy customer. Cotswold windows installed 2 external Schuko sliding doors in Autumn last year and a more complex installation including sliding doors and windows in January 2021. It was fairly easy to choose the Schuko system as best suited to our needs for a high-quality installation, but it took us a long time to find a company that offered them that we felt we could trust with the installation.

I'm glad that we put the effort in as Cotswold Windows provided a really painless, high quality service throughout. All the staff that came on site from the initial survey to the completion of the installation were all really professional, courteous and personable people. The teamwork was excellent and they kept us informed of progress and of any issues and how they would be resolved (they found marks on one of the windows and had already arranged for new glass to be delivered before reporting it!).

The quality of the fit of the installation is outstanding - along with the detail of putting back the internal wooden facings and mating the sections on the outside to the exact slope of the sloping brick sill. We will certainly use them again for any similar work.

Professional and prompt service completed to a very high standard. The friendly and courteous staff were a pleasure to deal with and I am thrilled with my new windows! Highly recommend Cotswold Windows!

I've used Cotswold Windows on 2 different properties over the years. The team have always been friendly, helpful and extremely easy to deal with. The advice given when choosing the doors and windows proved invaluable and the engineers who fitted the products were first class. I would highly recommend.

CW installed my Schueco windows and doors for a 6 figure sum. We've had numerous defects (7 large and 7 very large panes) - to be fair these were replaced but the process was very slow and communications was absolutely awful ("sorry we're having email problems" - over and over again). Then discovered a door that was installed on the wonk. No attention to this after 8 months and counting. Trying to find another Schueco installer to help. I wish I had known what I was in for when I agreed to this company being appointed by my developer.

Would like to thank Cotswold Windows for the beautiful windows and doors. The quality is superb and the service, delivery and fitting exceptional. We are the envy of the street. Even our neighbours have called in to have a look. The glass with integrated blinds was just the best idea and decision made. No more dusting blinds for me! Thank you very much. Will be recommending you to all my family and friends.

We couldn't be happier with the professional and courteous service that we received at all stages in the buying process. Our front door is of superior quality and the fitters did an excellent job of installing with the minimalist of disruption. Would highly recommend.
