A very disappointing experience. Not recommended by me at all. Repsonse to owner:- I am not going to start responding to individual points other than to say 1) I liked your company and had high expectations of working with you. Your sales guy was excellent and no issues with him 2) your surveyor was the most miserable man I have come across with zero enthusiasm for the job or your products 3) I would like to talk to you about this as some of your facts which presumably you got from said surveyor are incorrect - please phone me today and I will be happy to review my review thereafter. ps. If anyone had called me to discuss the job after his visit about any issues or concerns then I would not have even left a review.

I wanted to applause the service team that attended our property to refit our back door that we assumed was leaking! But due to an oversight on our part the leak had nothing to do with the back door. Coastline took out the door completely and then refitted it just to make sure that all was fitted & sealed correctly. We had the same guy Graham who fitted it originally and I must say a big thank you to him as we would never know that it had been refitted.

You guys have made an amazing job throughout, and your service team is 2nd to none. I would not hesitate in recommending. Thank you for being very polite and understanding and coming to our aid when we were very worried. Thank you again from Toni & Rik St. Lawrence IOW
