If it's freindly, knowledgeable staff that can help you through the process of buying double glazing you are looking for then don't what ever you do come to Excel. The sales women is surrounded by by samples and colour charts but has no idea what she is doing and has very little grasp of what is possible or even what day of the week it is.
She had to be prompted to turn up for the first consultation, There are other firms locally that are perhaps a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Don't go for the cheapest you may be very disappointed and if anything goes wrong with the job you will be shunned and ignored. No customer care. No grace. No style. No good. Avoid.
