AMB Glass & Malvern Windows

Ordered a double glazed unit off these guys 8am as my scaffolders managed to damage a window and I picked it up by 12pm. Friendly fast service at a great price too

AMB have got the balance between time quality and cost absolutely spot on. Over the years we have ordered dozens of units from them and every one bar one has been perfect. Even the one that was not they sorted with no fuss. Great service

An excellent service from start to finish. Although I had only recently discovered the company, the quick response I got was exactly what I needed. A broken double glazed unit was in need of replacement and after a couple of checks they made a quality and reasonably priced replacement. Andrea kept me in touch with production and in just a few days I was able to collect. If you need any glass work, I would certainly recommend.

AMB came out and looked at a window that had misted over and we discussed replacing just the glass but Jo then said the window does not open so why not consider changing the window so it opens. I did not think that was possible without spending a fortune or having loads of building work done but 10 days later I have a fantastic new window that opens and looks great. The fitter was excellent and I am very grateful to Jo for sorting everything out and having the work done whilst I was away on holiday.

I warn you all to steal clear of this company - We have just spent 15k with them and their customer service is repulsive! Jo Drumgold the manager of the site is passive aggressive and spoke horribly to my old 80 plus parents. She also didn't even call me back for over two months when we realised that they installed a door with a massive dent it! For my first call I was told it was my fault, when no body lives in the house under construction and no one has entered because of covid.

She spoke to me with no professionalism and it surprises me that companies like this still exist. I asked for the door to be replaced which meant additional work to be dealt with around the door Frame. The work for this comes to nearly 2k and Jo Drumgold came back to me offering me 150 after not replying to me for two months and my parents having to call multiple times.

I now will be taking legal action as this is a this company needs to pay - took all the 15 thousand pounds and then don't want to deal with you. They replaced a broken lock worth 18 on amazon and now because of the door wants to charge me for that over 120. Honestly I cannot wait to see you company go down as you are unprofessional, liars and you customer skills are no existent!

I look forward to taking you down and getting my compensation for the shoddy job you have done. Not to mention the fact that you left us with bi-fold doors that are not level and silicone gel all over all of the windows still. The job was half hearted and non professional! Steer away from this window, door and glass company at all costs! The job won't be done properly and they will sell you dreams and seem really nice and family orientated to begin with then they screw you over and do the worst job ever! FRAUDS AND LIARS! The service this company provided our family when it was urgently needed was 2nd to none. Having had our patio door glass fall out they were extremely swift to respond; to accurately fit the new glass and at all times were efficient, clean and tidy and most importantly utterly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and hope any future customers look back in time to see the consistency of positive comments

We always use AMB for our glazing, they've done a back door for us, plus a french door installation - 3 years ago. The fitters were very friendly and professional, the doors are decent quality. We will be needing a replacement front door next year and will be using AMB, no need for us to look elsewhere. A good, local family firm

We have had a number of windows replaced by this company - they are friendly and helpful, and the fitting team are extremely efficient and professional. They explain what they are doing, and even showed us how to operate some of our windows which are a little complex until you get to know them. Most recently we had a new, double front door - on the measuring visit we were given excellent advice about the design, and the look of the house has been improved immeasurably. It wasn't an easy installation, but it was done as quickly and efficiently as ever, and the site left clean and tidy.we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've used AMB Glass & Malvern Windows a couple of times now and have been extremely impressed with the service received, quality of the windows and of course value for money.
