Customade (previous incarnation) made a big run of bifold doors that were installed 9 years ago, backed by a 10 year insurance-backed guarantee. We suffered a repeating fault which had generally been addressed over the years however, following Customade going into administration and the insurance company liquidation, I was left without anywhere to go.

We were reduced to one out of four pairs of doors opening, as the weather improves. I wrote to Customade appealing their better nature. Despite having no contractual obligation they swung into action, delivering parts overnight for no charge and being immediately available on the phone for the technician I had found. They went above and beyond and, if this is the way they treat new customers it seems they are firmly on the right road.

A pleasure to work with and very accommodating to our requirements. Matt Clifford has been especially helpful in assisting us with our bespoke branding requirements. Highly recommended.

I started work at this company recently (as a GM) and they are going through a major transition / turnaround. Given the company's well-documented turbulent 18-month history, I am not surprised by the negative reviews on here (during this 18-month period). However. Having led multiple successful company turnarounds, I am very confident this company is going to have a very successful future. Specifically, I am very impressed by (a) the drive and ambition of the company's new owners (b) the company's financial position (including its net assets, gearing ratio and profitability) (c) the new senior management team that has been put in place - which contains a diverse mix of experienced, highly-skilled, well-educated leaders.

This is without doubt one of the most exciting appointments I've had in my career to date, and I'm very confident we are going to do some very special things over the coming 12 months and years ahead. Watch this space!

Had two folding doors and windows fitted to the rear of our property. Not only can we see the view now but can see it through beautiful doors and windows. So pleased with the price, design and quality. Just wish we could have people round so I could show them off. Eagerly awaiting for the end of lockdown. Big thumbs up guys, nice to see that there are still companies out there that take pride in what they do.

The team at Customade really have delivered the most personal and pro-active service recently. Since the beginning of 2021, supply of materials has been really challenging, coupled with carriage and logistics constraints. Yet, when we have an urgent issue, the team rally around to support us. Clive, Production Manager (ali), is persistent in making sure that the quality of goods that we receive is high.

The Customer Service, quoting or ordering team have all also delivered personal service at some point over this year. Thank you. Thank you for being there and for never letting our requests present to us as too much trouble or being an inconvenience. It really does make a difference.

We have dealt with Customade for a while now and although they have had issues in the past my recent dealings since Dean Thomas and his team have been in place have been nothing but professional. Great to see the direction has a can do attitude, keep up the hard work and thank you for the new approach.

Never have I come across a company that has such a total disregard for its customer. Service poor, product looks good but fitting and customer service appalling. Daylight could be seen from inside property where window fits to frames. Customer service is only available prior to payment, once payment made customer service ends. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Should avoid at all cost. Repeated emails, telephone calls and official complaint letter ignored, rude and unprofessional.

After recently joining the business I can clearly see how much this business is turning a corner with product quality and customer service. a lot of hard work and investment going on in the background and we are creating a stronger relationship with our customers all the time. I have had some great feedback from customers in the PVC side of the business stating they have noticed a great difference in service. a positive future going forward for Customade and all our customers and its a pleasure to be part of it.
