From start to finish everyone we spoke to was friendly, well informed and helpful. The guys who did the installation even put up with my 4 year old asking questions the whole way through (sorry guys.) and let him help at one point. He was thrilled! Thank you so much. Also, the door is great and we've seen a real difference in the temperature of the house now that autumn has arrived.

Thankyou so much Tom and Callum for doing an excellent job putting in my new bay window and kitchen door, these guys were polite friendly and very professional and left everything really tidy and clean. In all fairness they had to rectify the complete bodged job the previous fitters did before they could even start putting in the new window also thankyou to Lee for a very good service I will definitely use again

We are so thrilled with our new windows and door. They look beautiful and are of a very high quality. Tom and Callum were great; professional, hard working and friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. Lee had previously spent several hours doing the survey to make sure of the best outcome for our quirky property. We can't thank you all at Lancelot enough.

We had our new back door fitted today by Callum and his mate. They were both very professional, polite, quick and clean with their work. I asked a few questions and they wee both very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Lancelot Windows & Conservatories. If ever we need new Windows etc we wi be in touch. Thank you Lee your guys did a good job. The door itself is very good too.

When we had a survey and Quotation, there was no sales pressure to make an early decision (unlike another company) but there was helpful advice based on Lee's experience in the business. We were also impressed with his attention to detail. When we eventually decided to go ahead, the likeable team worked quietly and efficiently and have transformed our house. No more climbing ladders for maintenance. We would happily use Lancelot again and have already recommended them to friends.

We had 2 bay windows and a bathroom window fitted by Lancelot. The whole experience from quotation to fitting was very positive. Every member of staff we dealt with was very professional and friendly. The ones who visited our property were Covid aware. We are very pleased with the work done. We plan to use them again.

We had a summerhouse fitted on 1 February 2021and received exceptional service from start to finish. Lee Chambers gave good advise on my initial visit to the showroom. He also gave valuable advice on his visits to get quote details and when he did the survey. On the day of installation the fitters arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. We are extremely pleased with the result and would recommend the company.

We first used Lancelot over 12 years ago for a conservatory, and more recently replacement doors and windows. You will struggle to find a better business in Somerset. It is quite clear that Lancelot take a lot of pride in their reputation and a job well done. I have recommended Lancelot to family members, and neighbours - each one has received the same level of service, professionalism and satisfaction.

Deciding who to trust your money with on a big purchase like new windows fascias and gutters is a real conundrum, but we are glad we went with Lee and Kelly and their team at Lancelot Windows. From start to finish, they have been highly professional and accommodating to our requests. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The team of fitters, Ben, Tom and Callum installed all of our windows and fascias & gutters in what can only be described as monsoon conditions, but despite this, they did it with true professionalism. The finished job is fantastic, and the interior trim of the windows looks brilliant. Very happy to recommend these guys in this review.

When we needed new doors we asked several companies for quotations. Of all the firms who sent surveyors round, the man from Lancelot was by far the most genuine, honest and easy to deal with and gave us the best price. When the doors were fitted, the installing team arrived at the agreed time and date, they were polite, clean and left the area's extremely clean and tidy.
