We had 13 windows replaced, 2 Composite doors, Patio door and an Orangery built and I can honestly say it has been the worst experience of my life from day one!. Were having to have the roof replaced due to leaks, the Lantern window replaced and up-stand rebuilt as its the incorrect size for the opening. The Bi fold door is being replaced due to poor quality/leaking and won't open and the patio door was fine until they replaced a scratched door now it blows a gale through it. They did try to rectify faults but simply do not have the skill level even to understand issues pointed out let alone rectify them.

First set of windows and french doors ordered fitted September. French door handles floppier than a floppy thing, gaps where window frames seals had not been cut for a tight fit complained agreed would be sorted when the more expensive bi-folding doors and additional windows were to be fitted in November. November job done and after some head scratching window fitter takes some footage of floppy handles from September job for head office to review.
After 4 days being chased for payment of the November job, but no mention of rectifying the paid for September job. End of November after a prompt from me someone comes to look at the aged problems which by now the rubber seals are popping out for the 5000+ bifolding doors plus they are drafty. So yet again I'll be chasing them to sort these already paid for job.
Don't do reviews however after 4 days you were chasing me for money however after 3 months I'm chasing you for faulty installation and lack of customer after sales service. Oh and when I called to get things resolved I was asked, "are they still under guarantee?" All just before Christmas.

1st install team damaged both doors, and broke a pane of glass, and just left them unable to be opened, 16 visits later by so called experts, they are now only just finally installed correctly, ( I hope) & the final team confirmed they had never been fitted properly, on any of the previous 15 calls. Screws missing, rubber seals damaged etc. waste of my time, Absolute joke. Avoid!
